The home was very comfortable Which was needed at times while waiting for better weather to get out on the road.
The location is in the heart of routes we wanted to do and see.
Loved this place and would very much consider it for future trips.

Great location.
Clean, spacious and modern! The house was very comfortable with many things available for our use. A nice deck and grille was appreciated. But road noise at times was distacting.
This was a great home with plenty of space for a group to hang out. The upstairs main bedroom is a loft so there’s no door or sound barrier.
Very comfortable and clean!
We were given the wrong keys at check in but that was quickly resolved. Our main complaint was the downstairs neighbor, he played music so loud we couldn’t hear our own tv, from 11 am to 11 pm, all 5 days of our stay. We also tried to use the wood burning stove, but it filled the living room with smoke. The management company took a look but couldn’t fix it. There were a few other quirks- ceiling fan hit the ceiling, kitchen lights flickered. The main bedroom is a loft so not much privacy (this was shown on the listing). We enjoyed the large tub and the full kitchen. However, we’ll likely find somewhere else to stay next time.
This was a great rental for a family snowboard trip. It was close to Killington and the rental had everything we needed. The place looked like it was recently renovated and clean. We did hear music at on Friday-Saturday night from the below tenant but it wasn't too bad.
Very nice home, spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had things that we never remembered to bring along. The driveway needs some stone, good thing we had 4 wheel drive in the mud
The house was exactly what we were looking for! Our crew came up for a ski weekend, and the house's proximity to Killington made it that much more hassle-free. The house was also nicely appointed and modern. A few small issues though: the dishwasher was kind of gross, so we weren't sure whether dishes were actually clean, and the thermostat was a bit tricky and reset to 50 degrees overnight. So it was a bit nippy on a -17 degree day.
Everything is as advertised.
There is a tenant on the bottom level, who can play music loud enough to be heard/felt upstairs.
The house is on the major highway (route 100), so it is loud with traffic, trucks & plows going by at all times of the night.
overall, as advertised.
We had a lot of fun for the long weekend stay, with a 3 year old and 5 month old. Place was clean and spacious and yard was perfect for playing. The caretaker living in the lower apartment was friendly and we rarely saw him. Only drawbacks for us was there was some of the blinds were broken, and there were no curtains so the kids had trouble napping. We were there during a heat wave and couldn’t open the windows because about half of them don’t have screens for bug prevention. Overall we had a lovely stay
Awesome experience at winter Brook. My children didn't want to leave.
Very clean and well organized house, but they can do better with cookware.

Perfect home near mountain
This home perfectly suited the needs of our small group. It’s a short 15 min drive to the mountain and 5 min from the access road. My only complaint was that The killington group did not do a very good job of communicating with us as we were never given check in instructions and had to call the property group when we arrived only to find out we had pick up the keys to the property at their office. Other than that, highly recommend this property.
We had a great stay, close proximity to the mountain. Perfect house for family or small group of friends. Very modern was just re done. Place was stocked with all supplies that were needed. Only nothing to mention is there is a caretaker that lives downstairs (separate entrance) we did not read that in the initial description and were surprised to see multiple cars in the driveway. Overall a very nice stay, would book again!
The house was perfect for our family for our short ski vacation. Everything was beautiful, new and clean. The drive to the mountains and town was very easy.
The management company was very nice and quick to respond with any questions we had.
We would definitely recommend renting this home. Thank you!
We had a great time! Everything was clean, perfect, and cozy. If you plan on cooking, bring your own pots and pans as all of the non-stick pans were scratched and probably not the healthiest to use. Also, plan to bring your own spices as only salt was provided
