Lemanor Villa 2/17 Parkes St

Lovely spacious 4 bedroom villa
Main bedroom queen bed with ensuite
2nd bedroom queen bed next to bathroom
3rd bedroom double bed below and single on top
4th bedroom futon with single bed on top complete with work desk
Bedlinen, blankets and pillows are included and all beds shall be made up ready for your arrival.
There is a port-a-cot available on request. Please bring your own cot linen/blankets/pillow for your child

Just a short walk will take you to
The Tuncurry rock pool which has a popular public picnic/BBQ area and kiosk.
You can fish off the public jetties or the break wall.
On the other side of the break wall is the surf beach.
There is also a dedicated off leash dog park, an off leash beach and 4 wheel drive beach.
A short walk in the other direction will take you to shops, cafes, cinemas, clubs, lawn bowls,
golf course, tennis courts, a skate park and a boat launching ramp.
Ten minutes drive north to Big Buzz Fun Park.

All linen bedding (sheets, doonas, blankets, pillows and bath towels) supplied just bring yourself and personal possessions. Use of beach towels are welcome but as this is not part of our supplied linen pack you are requested to wash before you leave please.

Note: Every individual occupying accommodation will be personally responsible for all or any loss or damage incurred during your stay.

"Please Note that Lemanor has a ""NO SMOKING"" in the house policy, Smoking is ONLY permitted outdoors"
Should you have seafood, oyster shells etc please take them off the premises when leaving. Garbage night is Wednesday night for Thursday pick up.
A cleaning fee of $100 applies if there is evidence of guests ""smoking"" or leaving odorious smells on the property.

Very well appointed accommodation, which sleeps up to 10 - could possibly do with more dining chairs, however we used a couple from the rear patio. Good location within walking distance to the river and beautiful rock pool.

A two day stay for a bowling competition

We were impressed with the duplex , couldn’t talk highly enough of the amount of cooking utensils, frypans, cookers, blenders, cutlery, glasses, and the pantry that was stocked with herbs etc, the only fault I could find is the air conditioner doesn’t cool all rooms, especially the bedrooms, and we found it quite hot of a night time even though we had our fans on, otherwise it was a great place to stay, very convenient to everything

Great place in a good location

Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely love to come back and stay another time! Pro's: super well equipped property, we love staying in holidays rentals that feel like a home and this one does, the kitchen and pantry were amazing! Great layout of property too. Great bonus of kids toys, our little one adored them! So lovely to be able to walk down to Tuncurry Beach and Pool and into town too. A true family home with lots of creature comforts and lovely touches that make a difference compared to other properties. So great it's dog friendly too! And the recliners in the lounge room were the most comfortable lounge chairs we've ever sat on! Con's: communication with host was below average and expectations, hadn't received check in information at 4pm day of check in, oven was tricky to work as couldn't see the dials and had to check in on this as no info provided and made for a late dinner waiting for reply. As per other reviews, a little note on this in the house would be handy. But this is a very minor gripe. My father who is recovering from surgery nearly collapsed through one of the dining chairs, and my toddler off another one. They're rickety and unsafe so I'd say time for a replacement!

We are more than happy to accept genuine criticism, however, your received check in information on the 23rd March which you acknowledged 2 weeks prior to your arrival. The chairs had extreme treatment by a previous guest and have since been replaced. As for the oven it is top of the Smeg and you are the first guest to complain.

SPACIOUS PROPERTY / GREAT LOCATION

Dennis and Lynne are great hosts. Easy to get a hold of through messaging system. The house is a large four bedroom spacious gem it is definitely worth the price you pay. What I like most about the house is the kitchen it has all you need to prepare meals and your food for our rugby Union tournament. Also I like how you can close the middle door off from the main bedroom. The back yard was toddler proof for my son. Thank you Dennis and Lynne.

Great place to stay

We have had a great time staying here. The villa is exactly as advertised and suited my adult family perfectly we were able to walk to Dinner every night and coffee every morning. We even walked over to the movies. Dennis and Lynne were easy to contact and were able to fix a small issue we had early in our stay quickly and without fuss. I would highly recommend staying here.

Loved it!!!

We stayed with another family and absolutely loved it! The property has more than everything you need and is clean and well set out. The property is perfect for a pet aswell as there is a fantastic high fenced level yard for them to enjoy. The location was fabulous - very short level walking distance to shops, clubs, beach and parks. We had such a wonderful time and would definitely stay again.

Suited our requirements for a short break. House was ver nice and well equipped. Could not work the oven and would suggest instructions as it was a beautiful big stove so didn’t want to play around with it. Bed was a little softer than we are used to but otherwise good place to stay.

We had a great stay, the house is in a great location walking distance to the shops, club, pub, fenced dog park and the beach. Very quiet spot and we could take our Labrador, the fully fenced garden was great as he is an escape artist, but he had no luck! The house is very well equipped, with towels, linen, shower gel, soap etc as well as everything you can think of in the kitchen. The pantry is also stocked with essentials which you can use and replace. Everything was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. Communication was excellent with the hosts Lynne and Dennis. Thank you so much we will definitely be back!

Great premises and location

Great house with plenty of space and all facilities. Conveniently located close to Tuncurry shops and rockpool and only a short drive/walk across the bridge to Forster. Booking process was great and Dennis and Lynne were quick to respond to questions and very helpful. The only thing that can be improved is cleanliness. In particular oven trays and BBQ. Carpets and curtains in main room would also benefit from a good clean. Wonderful stay all together. Highly recommendable. Would definitely return.

Unfortunately as per conditions of stay BBQ should be cleaned by user. Upon inspection it has been completely replaced with new Weber. As for the carpet cleaning it has been booked in and held up for several months due to COVID, floods etc and is still booked to come. We pay top dollar for the cleaners who do an excellent job and out of hundreds of guests this is the first complaint about cleanliness in fact quiet the opposite.

Absolutely lovely property and so close to the beach shops and clubs. Owners are very responsive we ran out of gas for the hot water I rang and it was fixed within 20 mins.
