Nice clean simple house with a lot seating options. A lot of entertainment options with the videos and video games, which was nice. Very near the beach and shops, which is a big bonus!
A wonderful place to stay with young kids, with everything needed for a beach holiday. We did do a quick vacuum of the cobwebs when we got there but it was otherwise lovely and clean.

Facilities themselves were fine and location was good but the house was infested with mosquitoes and we were eaten alive. The kids were covered in welts and miserable. We weren't leaving doors open or anything like that so no idea how they were getting in. Every evening I did the rounds with the bug spray killing mosquitoes yet each morning there would be 2-3 more in every room. Would not stay again.
It's clear the owners have put some thought into making this a very easy rental. This little house is just as advertised - neat and clean, bright living/dining and good sized bedrooms. The wrap around deck was great for the kids too. The house has a small, basic kitchen but everything we needed was in there. The electric stove is temperamental but that's just the downside of electric stoves. The open plan dining/living area was simple but well set up with good quality furniture and a great wood heater and split system. The laundry is small but had everything we needed- the dryer was greatly appreciated with the rain and also not a lot of hanging space on the single clothes line on the deck. Overall its a really easy house for a small family getaway. Great location for walking access to beach number one and local shops.
