Hi everyone, thanks very much for looking to book the property we really appreciate it.
Could you please when you look to book just keep 24hrs between another booking, we are very short of cleaners up in Hepburn so a 24hr gap really helps us all out. Thank you .

Hepburn cottage is a lovely cosy miners cottage nestled into over an acre of quiet bushland. Only a short 400mtr walk from the Hepburn Spa complex and the shops, cafes and restaurants of Hepburn springs, while only 3 Klm's from Daylesford township.

With a wood fire, comfortable and stylish furniture and a newly appointed kitchen and large bbq deck.

This intimate, tasteful miners cottage in an excellent place to retreat from the city, wind down and enjoy the sounds of the bush in a practical and welcoming space. Set on over an acre of bushland with access to bush tracks for both walking and biking.

The surrounds are great for families and pets with lots of areas to play and explore well away from a main road.

The kitchen has been recently updated with plenty of room to cook for the family or friends or simply prepare a morning coffee on the stove top prior to walking to the local cafe Henry’s for breakfast, or have a BBQ and on the deck and enjoy the bbq and potbelly stove.

The house has a spa bath , great natural light , is private and secluded yet walking distance to both the spa house and cafes.
Free 4G wifi is available in the Cottage and a Smart TV has been installed.
The Cottage offers a quiet place to relax, listen to the fire and step away from the city for a while.

The road up to the Cottage is gravel and the turn off to the drive way is well marked. Our big old 2 wheel drive has no problem negotiating it all year round. The Cottage does have steps up and down to the front door with a hand rail.

The new Stayz/Homeaway website doesn't allow us to advertise this, but the Rental cap for up to 7 nights is $950with $140 added per night after that. I can sort that through an enquiry. The Cottage has no laundry so for stays over a week we offer the discount. A washing machine can be fitted if requested and is used often for longer stays.

Cosy and cute and relaxing
This 100 year old cabin is cute and cosy and private. We enjoyed exploring the location but enjoyed the privacy in the evenings. It is clean and has every thing you need. It is dog friendly but we did also found and booked a local dog sitter (just around the corner) that we could leave our dog with when we wanted to explore without her. Totally recommend.

Nice secluded small older style home, tucked away in the hills at hHepburn Springs.
