The home is located meters from the ocean-front, has direct, private access to the beach, with all living areas enjoying direct, uninterrupted ocean views. You can spot whales and dolphins directly from inside the home!

The house has recently undergone renovations that improve the quality of finishes throughout and is equipped with luxurious inclusions that enable you to maximise the enjoyment of your stay.

The home is a fantastic place for families or large groups to spend their summer holidays. The home has been designed so that children can play, be well entertained and are well taken care off. The lower bedrooms are perfect for accommodating multiple children, or families with kids.

You cannot stay in a home that is any closer to the water.
The close proximity to the ocean front enables you to walk from the house with your morning coffee in hand, take 10 steps and be on the sandbank where you can let the day drift on by.

WHALE SEASON:
Between the months of June to November, you can watch the whales that migrate to the South Coast of NSW from your front yard.

Native wildlife is attracted to the home. Native birds, kangaroos and other wildlife is often spotted here.

Long Beach is situated just 5km north of the regional centre of Batemans Bay and 3 minutes in from the Princess Highway.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the property [either inside the home, or outside].
- Bedding is not provided for families with babies or small children. Families are welcome to bring their own equipment.
- Coffee, tea, sugar and milk is provided to you on arrival.
- Boat trailers can be be parked next to the home.

COTTAGE RENTAL RATES:
- Booking fee $65 per stay
- Cleaning fee $150
