Large townhouse just 6 doors from The Esplanade - cross the road to the playground, walking track and White's Beach.
Downstairs - double garage, Bedroom 3 with queen bed, Bedroom 4 with double bed with a single trundle, laundry, family bathroom, powder room, and rumpus room leading out to a deck and secure enclosed courtyard.
Upstairs - spacious lounge, fully equipped kitchen, large dining room, Bedroom 1 with king bed and full ensuite, Bedroom 2 with double bed and small full ensuite, large balcony at the front with outdoor seating for 6 and BBQ, small balcony at rear.
All bedding, linen and beach towels included.
Strictly no schoolies or parties. Non-smoking property.
Minimum booking terms apply during school holidays and long weekends - contact owner.
