The cleanliness and condition of the house was unfortunately disappointing.. we made the most of the stay due to the beautiful surrounding and environment.. it was heart breaking to see so much rubbish under the house.Also added to the list is there is only on light working in the exterior

Exceeded expectations

The holiday home was incredible, especially the sunsets of the Bay. The familiar kookaburras would visit the deck for a friendly feed. We had lots of room to relax after a long day of fishing, 4WD and bush walking. We appreciate the ability to use all the KFBR facilities. Fantastic accomodation!

There was a group of 10 of us and this is now the third time we have stayed at this property. It is very spacious and you are not on top of each other. Looking forward to planning my next trip and will definitely be staying at this property again.

Family Trip Away

Stayed two nights and we where pleased the house had everything we needed. I loved waking up in the tree tops and having my morning coffee watching the water. Sad to leave. We will be back.

Superb facility

Clean, spacious, comfortable beds, air-conditioning was superb. We celebrated our daughters 18th and was a wonderful place to make memories at. We left our sharp cutting knife and a frypan in the house by mistake when we left, so they are there still. Would recommend for large families or groups to help.with the cost.

Fraser Trip 2022

This house exceeded our expectations. It is spacious, clean and tidy with a fully equipped kitchen and massive entertaining areas on the deck. Heaps of room for the kids to play and was great for a couple of families. We will be back, thanks Mel.

Cleaning of house

We stayed at holiday house at kingfisher Bay resort from 13th till 16th feb. The house itself is very spacious and have beautiful views. Cleaning of the house wasn't done properly. We found spiders, cockroaches, lizards in house and reported to resort but no action taken but was told that it's nature things. In addition every single mattress including blankets had bedbugs.. When checking out at the reception they said we have received notice about cleaning the house and will be proceeding straight after your checkout... Question is why it was not done before if they knew about it...?? Would highly recommend kingfisher Bay but not this house to stay specially with kids or family. Thanks
