Like many, we are dog lovers, and we know just how much our dog enjoys coming with us, so if your well behaved dog would like to join you on holidays, please feel free to bring them. The property is full fenced, all that we ask is that you bring a towel or similar for your dog to lay on when they return from the beach, and naturally if you can dry your dogs paws off before letting he or she enter that would be greatly appreciated. No cats please.

We just ask that assuming you treat your house well, that you return the favour to us also, and treat this house in the same way, leaving it as you find it.

Hi Nilmini,
Thank you for your review, and it is easy to be a good host when you have great tenants, hope to have you stay again some day.

Damien.
Lovely location with stunning views of the lake from the deck and upper level windows. It’s a short walk to the lake which is great for swimming with children, and a short drive to Ninety Mile Beach. The house is comfortable and well equipped.
This was the perfect family getaway with grandparents. We had magnificent BBQs on the deck and enjoyed a short walk down to Pelican Bay Beach for some stand up paddle boarding.
A great quiet spot, very relaxing.
Damien was also the perfect host and answered any of our questions. Thank you so much.

Beautiful views in a quiet location
Damien was very helpful with our last minute booking and made sure we had everything we needed right down to detailed instructions about Loch Sport. View from the deck was amazing and we were blessed with perfect conditions overlooking lake Victoria under moonlight watching the stars. Great size kitchen and quiet bedrooms. Will definitely be back

Thanks Steve for selecting our property and we were naturally happy to help out when your other arrangements fell through. Hope to see you again.
Lovely house with everything you need. We had one of the most relaxing holidays . Short walk to lake beach , very easy with our dog Lucy. Really enjoyed the balcony with amazing views. Great backyard for the dog, even though we had to keep the dog in while a beautiful kangaroo spent one day relaxing in the cool shade. Amazing place looking forward to coming back .
Thank you Damien.

Thanks Dina, really happy you enjoyed your time, and I look forward to hearing from you in the future.
We are an over 50's couple on a road trip with our pooch. Our accommodation requirements were waterviews or beach access of which this property ticked both. The ocean beach is also a quick drive away. The lounge and decking areas are the highlight of the home. All other areas were very comfortable. House was spotless and host easy to communicate with.
The lakebeach is leash free and good for long walks with the dog.
Thanks Damien all the best.

Thanks Sue, I trust the rest of your trip is going well
We had a lovely stay and had kangaroos visit in the backyard. We’re lucky enough to see a deer in the same street and emu up the road. The lake was beautiful but no good for swimming because of Algi. Paradise beach is a half hour drive but beautiful spot to spend the day. Ninety mile beach is a short drive and also lovely. The views from the balcony of the lake are amazing.
Fantastic view. Comfortable house and good information provided by the host. Loch sport was somewhere we have never been before, lake and 90 mile beach very close. Really lovely spot. We had kangaroos in the backyard most days, very quiet I would imagine it was be very busy over Christmas. We will visit again.
We chose this property to spend a well deserved family get together and it couldn’t have been a better choice.I could go on about many things but the love and warmth you feel is a definite reflection of the host. The photos do not do justice and leaves you to a beautiful surprise!

Hello Trionie,
We are extremely happy you were able to relax and enjoy your time, hope to see you back in the future. Regards Damien
We loved our stay! Some great additions and nice touches, it definitely feels like you are staying at your fiends holiday home that they love!
View is something else. We had a mix of great and not great weather and the view was always fab. The kids loved to hang out on the deck, and we had a few meals outside and made good use of the BBQ.
No wifi was doable, though my 12 year old doesn’t agree and nor does his data balance! Reception for mobile was ok but slow on both Telstra and Optus so keep that in mind if internet is important.
In terms of Loch Sport, it’s worth knowing that there’s not a lot to do, aside from beach / national park related activities, and there’s no hire places for Watersport related things. It’s 45 mins to Sale, which then opens up Gippsland a lot more, so if you want to explore the area factor in travel.
Great communication from the owner also with plenty of tips and assistance.
Overall, the house is great and we loved it and would recommend.
