Please note, that the Standard nightly rate is based on 2 guests using master bedroom. 2 guests requiring 2 beds will incur an extra $25 per night. 2 Bedroom, 2 Storey Town House /Apartment in the heart of Fremantle.
This 2 Storey apartment/townhouse is fresh, light and bright, with a great outlook towards Fishing Boat harbour & Esplanade Park. It has been tastefully furnished & decorated, giving it a great holiday, relaxed feel. It has reverse cycle air conditioning, and ceiling fans in both bedrooms. First floor comprises of a living area (with comfortable sofa-bed - please communicate with owner if this is required), balcony, BBQ and outdoor setting. There is a dining area with dining table for 6 and a fully equipped kitchen including microwave and dishwasher, and fully equipped laundry. There is also a powder room off the laundry.

Upstairs are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Master bedroom is situated at the front of the apartment and is very spacious with a King size bed, two tub chairs & coffee table, a walk through robe, balcony with deck chairs, great views with harbour glimpses giving this room a fabulous open and airy feel. The second bedroom is also of generous size, & has a double bed & a single bed. There are built in robes in this room.

The bathroom is situated between the bedrooms and is fresh and bright. Please note that the shower is over the bath, so may not be suitable for elderly or infirmed guests.
Quality Sheridan sheets and towels are supplied, beach towels are also supplied.
The apartment is in a secure complex known as "The Iceworks" and it offers free secure parking for 2 cars. The apartment has its own lock up garage and also undercover parking for a 2nd car. (Not that a car is necessary with the location of this apartment & guests have commented that their Hire car had remained in the garage during their stay!!)

We are able to supply details of a very reliable and commendable airport transfers company on request, as an alternative to a Hire car. Various tours are also available from this company on request. Please ask for details at time of enquiry or booking request, and we'll be happy to send information through to you.

Opposite Fishing Boat Harbour and Esplanade Park. Short stroll to Bathers Beach.

The apartment is situated at the end of Norfolk Street in the heart of Fremantle, with a great outlook towards Fishing Boat Harbour and all it has to offer. An easy stroll across The Esplanade Park takes you to the famous Cicerellos for fish & chips, Kailis's, Little Creatures Brewing company, the fabulous Beach House Restaurant & Bar & Bathers Beach just to name a few. A few minutes walk in the other direction takes you to South Terrace and the cappuccino strip, with numerous more restaurants, cafes and bars, the wonderful weekend Fremantle Markets and the Old Fremantle Prison, offering different tours, both day and night!. Cinemas, galleries and museum are all within easy walking distance. The train station is just a 10 - 15 min walk away, (Freo to Perth City 28mins) however the Free Fremantle CAT bus stops just 50 meters away from the apartment and takes you right to the station. The CAT will also take you around Fremantle, South Fremantle and South Beach. The apartment is ideally located for any visit to Fremantle.

Please also note that check in time is any time from 3pm and check out time is 10am, however, wherever possible I endeavour to offer earlier check-in, or later check-outs, but please understand that this is governed by other bookings and circumstances at the time. Thank you.

Amazing Stay!

We loved our stay here in Fremantle. It was so conveniently located to everything and the property itself was perfect for our family of 5. Jill was a dream to work and communicate with and made you feel right at home before you even arrived. We would highly recommend staying here to anyone coming to the area!

Pineview apartment was the perfect location for our recent trip to Fremantle. Centrally located we never had to use our Rental car as we could walk or take public transport if needed. We had a warm welcome from Jill, who had also provided bread, milk etc on our arrival. Everything was generously supplied, from towels to picnic gear should we need it. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Pine View Apartment for 5 nights. The location was perfect - within walking distance to everything. The market, IGA, lots of cafes and restaurants, the beach and the pier are all nearby. The apartment was clean and spacious, had good quality linen and towels, the kitchen was very well equipped. It was nice to see the sunset from the beautiful balcony. Communicating with Jill was lovely, she was very helpful and replied to us quickly. We would highly recommend staying this apartment and hope to go back in the future!

Fantastic property & location

We loved our stay in Jill’s apartment, very clean & comfortable and the location meant we could walk to Dock B (to catch the ferry to Rottnest), Fremantle Prison, Little Creatures Brewery & the Fremantle Markets. Suited our family of 5 perfectly. The cafe around the corner made a lovely breakfast & good coffee. We had takeaway Thai from the restaurant on Norfolk & that was great too. If only the weather was a tad better we could have enjoyed the view from the balcony! Jill’s communication was outstanding & she went out of her way to accommodate our requests. Would highly recommend staying here.

Home Sweet home

We love this place! The property is very clean and bright. The location is great for family with kids, a playground next to the fishing harbour is just across the street. It is really accessible to the Fremantle market, restaurants and bars. If you don't feel going out, simply order take away or alternatively you can prepare your dinner at home. You find all you need in the kitchen and when the weather allowed, just put everything in the BBQ. The owner is very thoughtful and offer all support including airport transfer when you arrive only at midnight, breakfast is also available so that you don't worry getting around to get the basic essentials. We feel home and we will be back!!

Perfect in every way.

The title says it all. From when we 1st booked to when we were sadly driving away we had a very enjoyable stay. Host Jill is a terrific person and communication before and during our stay was very laid back and congenial; and everything was made so easy for us. The apartment itself is a gem. Great location, very clean with modern appliances, comfy furniture, excellent king bed, large ensuite bathroom, fast wifi, lock-up parking, and the list goes on. To us it was more than just accommodation for 3 nights, it was relaxation. We had not met Jill before but now we consider her a friend. We highly recommend this apartment.

Location, location!!

We had a great stay with everything you could possibly require for a comfortable stay. Jill greeted us and settled us in nicely giving us lots of local knowledge- fantastic! The location was just the best and the use of the bicycles provided certainly made our holiday. We would most definitely come back.

Exceeded all expectations!

Jill was the perfect hostess and was there to greet us on arrival. She even went to the trouble of checking what bread, milk and juice we prefer so we didn’t have to worry about rushing to the shops. The bed was extremely comfortable and the location was superb. Would highly recommend this property, it exceeded all expectations!

This apartment is clean and well equipped. The host is easy contactable and will reply to any questions promptly. All you need to bring is yourself and your clothes. Would highly recommend.

A Must Stayz when in Fremantle

Jill is an amazing host who has thought of everything a traveller would need for a short stay. ( from shopping bags to picnic wares, there are even provisions in the pantry for late arrivals to whip up a light supper. The location is perfect to explore Fremantle on foot. We parked the car on arrival and never needed to use it for 2 days. When visiting Fremantle, stay with Jill. You will love it like we did.

Awesome apartment

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. A good communication before arrive and we had a warm welcome from Jill. Fresh milk, juice and bread was prepared. The room were very clean and comfortable. Location is perfect, close to everything you need ie. cafe, shop and fremantle market. I would recommend staying here.

Pine View is Excellent.

Jill is a fantastic host. She meets you at the apartment to give you a general tour and show you everything on offer. Her communication from start to finish was excellent. She provides milk, bread and juice all of your choice before arriving. There is all the basics provided such as salt and pepper, tea, coffee and sugar. Everything was sparkling clean. It’s a very comfortable place to stay. Close to everything with a CAT bus stop right at the front door. We enjoyed our stay, shame it wasn’t longer. Fantastic good size apartment

The location is fantastic, the standards in the apartment are great. We could not have asked for a better location you can walk everywhere. The apartment itself is large and spacious, and the host is the best I have ever come across, she has thought of your every need including supplying more than just the basics so you can really enjoy your stay. I will definitely be using this apartment again when next in Freo. If you are going to stay in Freo I can highly recommend this apartment.

Location,location,location! Exactly the right place to enjoy and discover Fremantle . The apartment is very comfortable ,well equipped and with all needs covered . Good quality beds and beautiful white bed ware and fluffy white towels make you feel you are in a first class hotel but at the same time it’s a home from home. Being met by Jill the home owner when we arrived was great. She showed us everything and made us very welcome. Being able to contact her if we needed was very reassuring. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone and hopefully me and my family can return here in the near future.

Hi - as a host, I make every effort to ensure your holiday is relaxed and as stress free as possible. I have endeavoured to equip the apartment with everything a guest may require whilst staying in a furnished apartment. When travelling ourselves, we always stay in self contained apartments as opposed to hotel accommodation, so have tried to set the apartment up as we would like to find it ourselves. I will always try to offer earlier check-ins or later check-outs if that suits guest travel plans, but please understand that it does depend on other bookings & circumstances at the time. We have a 24 hour check-in, so no problem if guests arrive late at night or early hours of the morning as we have a lockbox where keys can be left. You will be warmly welcomed and would love for you to experience a stay at "Pine View Apartment". See you soon I hope!!

The location of this property means that you are within walking distance to all that Fremantle has to offer. We have secure parking for 2 cars, not that a car is needed during your stay! I have details of a very reliable and professional Airport transfer company if guest would prefer not to hire a car.
