Bush Cabin Bliss Blue Mountains!

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A TWO NIGHT MINIMUM STAY PROPERTY............................

This Cosy modern air conditioned cabin is only 5 minutes drive from the CBD of Katoomba and walking distance to the beautiful Minnehaha Falls National Park area.

There are cooking basics supplied like Salt and Pepper, Olive oil, Canola, Balsamic Vinegar, Milk, Sugar, Tea, Coffee. There is also pumped soap in the shower.

Towels, bed sheets and doona are provided and there are also over fifty DVD's to choose.
The space is clean, modern and very private but yet is still close to the road (100 metres) in case of emergencies.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CABIN IS ACCESSED ON FOOT FROM THE ROAD DOWN A DRIVEWAY AND GRAVEL PATH WHICH WOULD NOT BE SUITABLE FOR ANYONE WITH MOBILITY ISSUES. ALSO ANYONE WHO PERMANENTLY USES CRUTCHES OR A WHEEL CHAIR. ACCESSING THE LOFT BED AREA WOULD AGAIN NOT SUIT ANYONE WHO FITS THE PRE MENTIONED PHYSICAL ISSUES. THE WALK FROM THE TOP OF THE DRIVEWAY TO THE CABIN IS AROUND 80 METRES.

Please note that there isn't television reception in the cabin but there is a stereo, DVD player and a selection of DVD's to view, these can be found in the draws in the coffee table. The 32inch TV has Chromecast to get many of the popular streaming services plus Youtube.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT SOME OF THE DVD'S ON OFFER MAY NOT PLAY PROPERLY SOME OF THE TIME OR AT ALL DUE TO CONSTANT GUEST USAGE AND CARELESS HANDLING BUT THERE ARE ENOUGH THAT DO WORK WELL TO KEEP A GUEST HAPPY OVER A SHORT STAY.

Cabin was excellent, clean and everything we needed and more. View was great to watch the wildlife and relax. We were lucky enough to watch a tawny frogmouthed owl with her babies just metres from cabin. We throughly enjoyed our stay here!

Great cabin, a short drive to most sites and walks. Well maintained and isolated from other dwelling. Stormed most of our stay and was a great place to hunker down. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay here. The cabin was cozy and clean with all the amenities that you would expect. You really do feel like you’re in the heart of the Blue Mountains forest. If you don’t have your own transport, you need to be familiar with the public transport timetable, as the cabin is a fair way out of Katoomba township. There is a bus stop just down the road, and we made it work for us. And worth it, given the location. We would stay again.

The cabin was perfect for a peaceful getaway; spotless and well-equipped, I had everything I needed. The outlook was beautiful, completely surrounded by the bush. I would definitely recommend!

Beautiful, self contained, felt very remote despite being 5min drive from Katoomba town centre. Was just as advertised. We stayed in dead of winter (July) & was plenty warm enough with heated blankets on the bed & an AC heater for the rest of the cabin. No dishwasher but everything else you need (stove, pots, cutlery, plates etc). Really recommend!

Bush hide away

Great for birdwatching at cabin and Minni-Ha-Ha Falls, 28 species,great base for exploring Blue Mountains. Highly recommended other than for anyone with mobility issues. Clean and very well equipped. We were so lucky to see Blue Mts fireflies over 2 nights- it was so magical.

As private as the pictures make it seem.

The cabin is exactly how it seems in the pictues. A secluded and cosy studio surrounded by peaceful bushland. The main house is a decent distance away with a good amount of foliage in between, you don't really see it from the cabin. The residents there didn't intrude. Good aircon/heater unit, comfortable furnishings and plenty of hot water. Internet worked well bring your own laptop for evening entertainment. No laundry but a few laundromats nearby open late. Thoroughly enjoyed headed back, after a day of seeing the sights, to our own comfortable and secluded cabin in the bush. Thanks for letting us stay :)

Lovely secluded getaway for 2!!!

My partner and I had a lovely stay in this gorgeous secluded cabin. It’s far enough from town to make you feel like you’re in your own little world, but Katoomba and Leura towns are both within a 5 minute drive! The cabin was clean and had all the essentials. We really enjoyed the comfy bed and couch! The shower is a bit temperamental with temperature, but once you find the correct tap configuration then you’re all set! Overall, a great, well equipped property. We would definitely stay again 😊😊

A cozy, quiet retreat that made for a fantastic Katoomba stay!

We couldn't have been happier with this accommodation! The cabin is cozy, quiet, and absolutely immaculate. Nestled in the woods, you really feel as though you're miles away from civilisation - even though central Katoomba is only a five-minute drive away. Communication from the owner was excellent, and the entire rental process was an absolute breeze. We cannot recommend this enough!

Cozy cabin in the eucalyptus valley

Loved the place, cool little cabin. The location front and center adjacent to the mini haha falls reserve and valley is beautiful and full of life, in the two nights and one day we stayed I saw many bird species ranging from king parrots to crimson rosellas and glossy black cockatoos. Would stay again for sure!

Perfect to unwind.

Stayed at the cabin for 2 nights over my birthday weekend. It was the perfect getaway in nature. Heaps of bush walks and thinga to see in the immediate area as well as plenty within a short drive. Cabin is clean and just what we expected. A great place to stay, we would come again.
