ProsGreat communication by ownerVery close (walking distance to parks, ocean and main part of town)Separate front and back yard for two dogsLots of extra items you don't need to bring eg. shampoo, tomato sauce the list goes on!Cons:Located on noisy main roadFound a cockroach on the bed on day 1 House hasn't been deep cleaned in a while (under couch was really dusty, in pantry shelves dusty etc)Outside bedroom left a lot to be desired

Great location
Nice property, plenty of yard for dog to get about and nice covered area out the back
Comfy and very central. Property was secure for my small dog and good value for so many beds.Quiet area. Sandra was very responsive.Bungalow was not so inviting, but we didn’t really need it so it was ok.
Excellent property for a stay, everything you need is available in the Kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Good location close to Portland, great outdoor space. Would recommend.
James and family.
Great property if you're out and about. Not set up for sitting up watching TV. TV is not a smart TV and only has local stations.
It is close to shops which is great.
The house is compact and tidy, though is old and tired.
Front garden is beautiful, and nice to sit on bench in the sun.
Gap under back gate a slight concern as small dogs could crawl out.
Overall - nice house.
