Studio 8 B & B - Perfect central location

I meet guests on arrival where possible and provide a brief overview of the Studio plus answer any specific questions re what to see and do for their stay in Mount Gambier.

Studio 8 is uniquely placed central to the CBD, completely private, quiet and comfortable. It is "open planned" meaning there is no separate bedroom. Everything you need is provided including free wifi and undercover secure parking close to the entrance!

Located very close to cafes, chemists and shops. 2 kms easy walk to the Blue Lake.

Studio 8 is stylishly furnished with a comfortable queen bed, recliner 2 seater lounge, extension table and chairs, ample clothes hanging.

***Upon request a single fold-out bed is provided for a second or third person. $30 is payable on arrival for linen (once off) regardless of the length of stay.

The retro kitchenette is equipped with microwave oven, kettle, electric 12 inch pan, sandwich press, coffee plunger, toaster, rice cooker, cutlery, china, glasses, bowls etc. A single induction hot plate is also provided for simple cooking as there is no range top or oven.

A complimentary light breakfast is provided for the first morning with butter, sweet spreads and vegemite, tea & coffee bags and milk.

Bed linen, towels, tissues and toilet paper are provided.

Studio 8 features:
Fujitsu split system reverse cycle air-conditioning.
Sony Bravia TV;
A modern fridge.

Mount Gambier is a uniquely beautiful city so plan to stay more than 1 night as there is plenty more to do and see in and around the town and the surrounding districts.

Superb Studio Accommodation

Studio 8 B & B is beautifully appointed and meticulously maintained. Many special touches from the very welcome provisions, footstools for the lounge chairs, right down to a clothes' brush reflect the enthusiasm and enjoyment Fay shows as a host. The Studio was CLEAN, private and quiet with a very efficient air conditioner that kept us cool on a 41 degree day! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend Studio 8 without hesitation. We hope we'll be back!

Beautiful hide away

Fay, is an amazing host, great to be welcomed on arrival. Fay's attention to details was amazing, she has thought of everything. I loved the studio it was immaculate clean and private. Our little dachshund had a wonderfull time Playing with Milly. I felt very safe and secure, and it in the right spot for shops and gardens for a walk. Thanks again Fay, Carolyn and Nigel.

Fabulous

What a fabulous stay we had. The pictures don't do it justice. Everything you could possibly want plus the kindest host I've ever had. Fay picked us up and drove us back to the bus station, took us to see the Lakes the day we arrived, recommended lovely eating spots and was so kind as to leave English Muffins, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, milk, water and candy for us. She is a delight to talk to and her puppy (11 years old but you'd swear she is a puppy) is the cutest thing ever. Without a doubt I will stay here again when I come back through. Fay, thank you again for your wonderful welcome and fabulous rental (I'd move in if I could. )

Lovely

Fay was extremely helpful when making the booking & accomodating when I mentioned I had 2 dogs that would be in the trailer for the Easter shows. Unfortunately due to an ill dog at home I couldn't get there but Fay was happy to allow my friend to 'take my place' for two of the four nights which worked out well for everyone 🙂 this review therefore is my friends although I'm sure it would have been the same had I got there my friend loved it & would definitely recommend! Thankyou Fay everything has been greatly appreciated.

This studio accommodation is so comfortable, clean, provides privacy and is so well appointed.
