Neighborhood Guidelines-
The Preserve at Grayton is a HOA governed, gated community featuring deeded beach access, community pools, pickleball courts. Please note the following important guidelines:
- Space for parking 4 vehicles is provided; 2 on the drive and 2 on the shoulder of the street. No boats, trailers, or RVs are permitted overnight. Failure to comply may result in fines. Rental golf carts are not permitted. The homeowner offers a 6-seater golf cart for an additional rate.
- Community quiet hours are from 10 pm - 8 am daily.
- All garbage must be placed in a fully closed and fully secured trash receptacle due to wildlife in the area. Trash pick up is on Monday and Thursday and trash should be put out after 5pm the day prior and brought in by noon the following day. Failure to comply may result in fines.
- Do not hang towels on the railings of the porch. Failure to comply may result in fines. An outdoor shower and space for storage of beach gear is available at the back entry of the home.
- This home features exterior cameras for security.
- In addition to the parking for 4 vehicles, the homeowner stores a vehicle at the property that will not interfere with your stay.
