UNIQUE GRANITE TOWNHOUSE
Granite Townhouse is unique in that it was built by local surfie tradesmen using local granite and recycled timber salvaged from the original old house. It exudes a warm, friendly energy & although it is right in the hub it is quiet & peaceful. It is fully self-contained within minutes walking distance of shopping centres, cafes, the local cinema, hotels, the foreshore and within minutes drive to spectacular beaches. Sleeping - There are three bedrooms, 2 with queen-size beds & one with a double/single bunk bed sleeping a maximum of 6 people. The main upstairs bedroom has its own en-suite, balcony with a 5 piece buffet setting to enjoy a quiet evening drink, fan, air con & wall TV. Each bedroom is fully equipped with comfortable bed, bedding and ample cupboard space for the longer stay. Bathroom - the main bathroom has a separate shower and bath to soak off those lazy days at the beach. Living - The open plan living area has high timber ceilings and is furnished with leather recliners, a leather couch, 2 coffee tables, a 42" TV free netflix, free WIFI and reverse cycle air-conditioning. Kitchen - The large open kitchen is fully equipped and features recycled timber bench tops and a rather interesting tree trunk. Dining room - The dining room features a quality 6 seater extendable wooden table with matching dresser. All the rooms display art works by local artist Geoff Smith. Geoff was also the stonemason. Laundry - Contains front load washing machine & dryer Patio - The back patio is quiet & peaceful and features an outdoor setting and BBQ. Free Wifi Free Netflix Pets - Although we are happy to accommodate your pets they must be kept out of the carpeted areas & off the beds. Please do us the courtesy of notifying us beforehand & cleaning up after them. Thank you. The Townhouse is situated at the rear of the block accessible via a common driveway.

Very comfortable house, it's not often that we get comfy high back recliners to sit on! Great aircon. Centrally located. Very helpful and responsive host.
Beautiful house – perfect for our family of five (and there was room for even more).The house had everything we needed, was tidy and clean, easy check-in, and a great location (central yet peaceful and sheltered). The host was friendly and helpful. We could easily have stayed much longer. Highly recommended!
Good location although a bit noisy on a weekend night. And the bath towels…I think that if were to take them home we wouldn’t just take two and leave two.
We really enjoyed this stay. The house was spotlessly clean and obviously well loved. All the basics such as salt , pepper, cooking oil were available. This was a plus we appreciated. Its in a great location - walking distance to shops, bars and cafes.
Everything was very easy. The house was extremely well equipped and very clean. We did have a problem with the toilet cistern which was fixed very quickly at a time to suit us. The location is excellent, very central, easy walking distance for shops, esplanade, restaurants.
