The Home
Bella Vista Farm House has been thoughtfully designed to make the most of its incredible rural setting.

The modern kitchen and stunning open-plan living area are surrounded by glass, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful views of the property throughout the day.

At the heart of the home is a huge open fireplace, perfect for cosy winter evenings, relaxing with family and friends and, of course, toasting marshmallows.

The dining area enjoys spectacular views across the property, giving you a front-row seat to watch the curious farm animals grazing in the paddocks.

A second lounge and games area provides the perfect space for families or groups to spread out, relax and enjoy some downtime.

Your Stay Is Completely Private
When you book Bella Vista Farm House, you have exclusive use of the entire home.

You can choose to book 1, 2 or all 3 bedrooms, depending on the size of your group. Importantly, no other guests will ever be booked into the home during your stay.

The perfect place to enjoy quality time with family and friends, while still having plenty of space to relax and enjoy your own downtime.

Booking & Bedding Configuration
Please note: our rates are based on twin-share occupancy per room.

Our bedding configuration is:

Bedroom 1: King bed
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: Queen bed
Please note: beds cannot be split into single beds.
Please let us know at the time of booking which bedroom and bedding configuration you require — whether it be the King bed in Bedroom 1 or one of the Queen beds in Bedrooms 2 or 3 — so we can ensure the appropriate bedroom/s are made available for your stay.

To ensure your booking is priced correctly, please enter the number of guests according to the number of bedrooms you require:

1 bedroom: enter 2 guests
2 bedrooms: enter 4 guests
3 bedrooms: enter 6 guests

Please also advise us at the time of booking how many guests will actually be staying and which bedroom/bedding configuration you would prefer.

Important — Odd Numbers of Guests
If a booking is received for an odd number of guests (for example, 3 or 5 guests), we will contact you to confirm how many bedrooms you require.
We will then adjust the booking accordingly and send through any applicable additional payment adjustment.

Towels & Linen
To help us keep our nightly rates as affordable as possible, towels and bed linen are not included in our standard nightly rates.

Over the years, feedback from our guests has shown that many prefer having the option of a more affordable nightly rate and bringing their own towels and bed linen.

Guests are welcome to bring their own towels and bed linen for their stay. If you already have suitable sheets at home, you’re very welcome to simply pack them in your bag and bring them with you.

Alternatively, we are happy to arrange and pre-purchase the bed linen for you. It will be ready and waiting at the home for you to fit when you arrive, and you can simply take it home with you when you check out.

If you’d prefer to make things easy and have one less thing to organise, please let us know and we’ll be happy to arrange the bed linen for your stay. We’ll simply let you know the minimal additional charge for this service.

However, we do provide everything you need to make your stay comfortable, including beautiful Australian woollen quilts and blankets in each bedroom, coverlets and pillows for your added comfort and convenience.
