This beautifully presented Federation home was once the Cobblers residence and shop. 3.6 metre ceilings and reverse cycle air conditioning offer cool comfort in summer, plus combustion heater and electric blankets provide warmth in winter.
It contains 4 spacious bedrooms, multiple cooking facilities and flexible dining areas, large backyard and indoor spa.
If you prefer convenience, the beautifully renovated Totness Inn is within easy walking distance for lunch, dinner, beverages or take away.

All facilities included with the exception of a small garden shed in the backyard, and cleaning/linen supply cupboards within the laundry and kitchen. Please contact us via the app at anytime during your stay.

Initial parking is best across the street on Melrose St. No parking directly in front of the property, no standing zone.
