My wife and I had the most wonderful stay at Sue's peaceful retreat in the Adelaide Hills. It was close to everything we required and we thoroughly enjoyed the drive through the windy Hills/Barossa area.(Albeit that rain is desperately required.)It was always a joy to return to the beautifully presented, clean and comfortable accommodation to be greeted by TC the cat or on the odd occasion by Dusty the dog.Sue was a gracious host who made us feel very welcome on her property with the added bonus of it being a small working farm, both serene and peaceful.Such a wonderful place to relax after a long day of exploring.
Comfortable little place in beautiful surroundings
This was a simple comfortable place in beautiful relaxing surroundings to return to each day after walking local trails. Very handy location. Very friendly hosts, & plenty of contact with resident animals if you want it.
Modern, super clean apartment on a farm property with beautiful views. Very peaceful environment and a friendly, helpful owner.10/10 Definitely recommended!

This is a beautiful place to stay. Lovely hosts, terrific rural setting, Dusty's morning visits were very welcome! The unit is well appointed, clean, modern, excellent styling and inclusions. This place is a gem!
This unit is located just on the outskirts of Mt Pleasant in a beautiful setting. Located on a property, with lots of trees, greenery and bird life. Beautifully kept grounds. Our dog was very welcome with a bed & bowl supplied. Being able to have him with us is really important to us now as he is nearly 16 and not in best health. Would certainly recommend.

Rockridge was perfectly suited to what I needed - accommodation on the outskirts of Mt Pleasant for a sporting event. The accommodation was as advertised, clean, comfortable, well appointed and easy to find with the directions provided.
Nice area. Many things to go see. We and our dog enjoyed a relaxing stay. Fun to watch the animals and listen to the variety of birds. Great info pamphlets on local places to see. Would definitely stay again.
We were warmly welcomed by Sue, Dave and dog Dusty.
They were happy to chat and share their knowledge of the local area and their activities which we found very interesting. Enjoyed our stay very much on this peaceful property.

A clean and well equipped accommodation situated on a very peaceful and quiet horse ranch. Conveniently located to various Adelaide wine regions.
Our host Sue went out of her way to to provide us a list of suggested points of interests in the area, which was extremely helpful and appreciated.
We highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting the Adelaide area.

Loving my life on this property surrounded by all the things I adore , obviously my husband Dave but mainly our home bred and trained competition horses Our small friendly pooch Dusty who believes she on the pay role as welcoming committee. The beautiful landscaping we have established since setting the property up in 2006. All things out doors is where I enjoy being.
Why they chose this property
Our unique life style farm of 42 acres set amongst some of the oldest gum trees in this area offers the joy of a semi rural yet close to Mt Pleasant township which is within walking distance. Added bonus to all our space is that there is less than 1km of gravel road to travel on. The newly constructed fully serviced apartment is modern with simple design, open plan living area, functional kitchen, Webber Q BBQ located on the undercover courtyard. QS bed fitted with quality bed linen with ensuite large luxury bathroom. All this is for the visiting guest no sharing with any other person
What makes this property unique
Mt Pleasant township 35minutes drive from everywhere that offers something of interest, however quiet enough to feel you have escaped a hectic week of work should you just want to kick back and relax. The township has some interesting shops to check out. North take you to Barossa wine region offering some of the well known cellar door wine makers. East brings you to the water, River Murray and the lovely Mannum water falls both great for a days exploring. Travel west and there is Mt Crawford forest bush trails for the keen walker. Heading south is into the heart of Adelaide Hills lots of boutique wineries and cafes .
