Nestled in the township, Southern Barossa Valley, the whole group or the romantic couple, will be comfortable in this spacious and unique home. 30 steps from the Totness Inn Hotel, and 30 minutes from many local tourism centers including Mannum, Mt Barker, Tanunda, Lyndoch, Hahndorf and more.
Enjoy a shiraz by the fire, relax with a Riesling in the spa, cook up a storm in the spacious kitchen, or chill by the bbq with a gin from the local distillery. This hidden country gem has plenty to offer.

This beautifully presented Federation home was once the Cobblers residence and shop. 3.6 metre ceilings and reverse cycle air conditioning offer cool comfort in summer, plus combustion heater and electric blankets provide warmth in winter.
It contains 4 spacious bedrooms, multiple cooking facilities and flexible dining areas, large backyard and indoor spa.
If you prefer convenience, the beautifully renovated Totness Inn is within easy walking distance for lunch, dinner, beverages or take away.

All facilities included with the exception of a small garden shed in the backyard, and cleaning/linen supply cupboards within the laundry and kitchen. Please contact us via the app at anytime during your stay.

Initial parking is best across the street on Melrose St. No parking directly in front of the property, no standing zone.

We love it here, spending time with our family, visiting local wineries, getting away from the hustle and bustle, and one day plan to retire in this gorgeous location.

ALLERGENS: We have a reed diffuser in the home to make it smell nice. If you have any sensitivity issues, please let me know and we will arrange early removal.

A very responsive host - easy to contact and provided us with everything we needed. 4 very comfortable beds, a large kitchen and the bathroom was very modern. 4 men stayed with a bedroom each - very convenient. Close to good eating establishments. A roller door garage for a sedan or park your vehicle in the backyard. Thanks Bjorn

We love the local community, visiting the weekly markets and local produce from the butcher and the bakery. Enjoying a gin from the distillery in the backyard with a bbq, or a drop of our favorite red from one the local wineries
