Currawong Cottage Hunter Valley central to wineries restaurants & attractions

Our four bedroom cottages provide the perfect setting for family groups and groups of friends wishing to get away and enjoy quality time together. Relax on your own spacious verandah surrounded by 24 acres of privacy in a tranquil bush setting.

For a hassle free and contactless arrival the cottages offer a secure pin code entry system to allow for express check in any time after 2pm without the need to check in at reception.

Woodlane Cottages is centrally located to the many cellar doors, restaurants, cafes, attractions and concert venues in the Hunter Valley.

Perfect place to book if you love enjoying the peace and quiet, yet being located within 5-10 minutes drive of the wineries and restaurants. We adjoin the Werakata National Park, which is perfect for bush walking, mountain bike riding and exploring.

We have a shared 12 metre resort style salt water swimming pool for all guests to share and enjoy in the warmer months and for the cooler months the cottage has a combustion wood fire place in the lounge room to keep you fabulously cosy. Wood is supplied from May to September only.

THE FOUR BEDROOM COTTAGES:
KOOKABURRA and CURRAWONG each comprise -
3 x queen bedrooms (2 x downstairs / 1 x upstairs)
1 x bedroom with 2 single beds (upstairs)
Bed linen and bath towels provided
2 x full size bathrooms (Both downstairs, one with a separate bathtub)
Fully equipped kitchen comprising a full size upright oven with 4 electric hot plates, 2 x full size fridges, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee pod machine and plenty of kitchen ware
Complimentary starting supply of toiletries, toilet paper, tea, coffee, sugar, dishwashing liquid & hand soap
Lounge / Dining room combined
Slow combustion wood fire, one complimentary box of wood and kindling is supplied from May to September only
Smart TV, DVD player, stereo player
Private verandah equipped with a 4 burner gas BBQ, outdoor dining setting & other chairs to sit back & relax.

All you need is your food, drink and pool towels for the swimming pool.

All cottages and villas are a very short stroll from each other, however, they each retain their own privacy.

Amazing place!!

Great stay!

By far this has been one of our most pleasant Christmas holidays! The house was perfect for our family, kitchen was well equipped and there was enough space for our family of 7. Checkin process was super easy, instructions were clear. Location was close to EVERYTHING you need to see at the hunter! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Beautiful and secluded

Currawong at Woodlane Cottages was a great place to stay. Check in was easy, communication with Kirsty was so easy and the property was perfect for our needs. Currawong was close to local wineries and shops and Kirsty recommended some great attractions nearby.
