One of the home’s most coveted features is private access to the Tahoe Park Association beach, available exclusively to guests. Enjoy a beautifully maintained private lakefront with a pier, buoy field, swimming area, picnic tables, BBQs, and panoramic views of Lake Tahoe. It is one of the West Shore’s most sought after private beaches and a true summer highlight.

Step inside to a warm, open living area with a large stone fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors. The adjoining kitchen and dining area are fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, electric range, and everything you need for easy vacation living.

The home’s layout is ideal for families or small groups:

Main Level: Living room, kitchen and dining area, one bedroom, and a full bathroom with a tub and shower.
Upper Level: Two additional bedrooms and another full bathroom with a tub and shower.
