Including the Lake Mackenzie Fraser Island day tour or the ever popular Whale Watching tours which season for Hervey Bay is generally from July to Mid October.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay the apartment was nice and spacious and clean, in a great location We really liked the yard space and the balconies ideal for those like myself travelling with a pet My only suggestion would be to provide more comfortable beds and it could use a bit of an update however we thought it was very good value and would happily stay there again

Hervey Bay Stay

Excellent accomodation & friendly, helpful managers. 10 to 15 minute walk to pier, where we enjoyed the coeliac friendly, gf meals at "Salt", and "Bayswater" restaurants. Reprtedly good fishing off pier and beach but, unfortunately, it was too windy to try. Nevertheless, we enjoyed a great mini holiday.

Enroute to Fraser Island

We stayed here enroute and on return from Fraser Island. Office was very easy to deal with, and the place was great. Very large rooms and good for entertaining. Would stay again.

WEBSITE INACCURACY

The booking was for a two bedroom unit with one queen bed in one bedroom and two queen beds in the other bedroom. We were given a two bedroom unit with one king bed in one bedroom and one queen bed in the other bedroom and was told by the manager that there were no two bedroom units with the configuration that I had booked. I am not happy with the innaccurate information on the website.

Thank you for your review, I'm sorry you were un happy about the bed configuration, but I have checked the information regarding the bed configuration and it does have one bedroom king bed, 2nd bedroom queen or 2 singles and their is a sofa lounge in the upstairs TV room. Unfortunately I could not move you as we had no other villas vacant, I also offered a refund, which was declined. Once again very sorry for the misunderstanding. Regards Michele

Not what we expected!

Not a "Luxury Apartments" resort, just a mixed complex of holiday let units. Not exactly pet friendly either. Made sure from the beginning we had pets, one of them a therapy dog which they confirmed was ok. Management approached us outside and said the dogs were not welcome in the unit but would allow it this time, like he was doing us a favour. Feeling like we were not welcome, we checked out an hour later and left.

We feel if you had you would not have booked as we have a weight limit on our pets as the villas do not have big courtyards. We loved our long weekend at The Grange. Highly recommend this place for family and pets.

Great reception and service by management team. The apartment was such a great place to make a hone away from home. Clean, great interior spaces and design of floor plan for the whole family. Close and convenient to beaches, shops and local attractions. Pet friendly which made our holiday so carefree. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!!!!
