A wonderfully presented house just across the road from the beach. Perfect for the family holiday or weekend getaway with your friends.

Perfectly located close to the shops and restaurants of Huskisson and Vincentia and a short drive to beautiful Hyams Beach and Booderee National Park.

Enjoy the 2 living areas both with large TVs. Perfect for 2 families or one for the adults and one for the children.

Two comfortable bedrooms one with a king the other a queen bed and 2 further bedrooms each with tri-bunks.

Roomy practical house; great for extended family

Property is older but well appointed with everything you need. Plenty of space for extended family (2 living areas). plenty of parking. Close to the beach and short distance to both Vincentia and Huskisson. Good value.

We’d stay again!

The check in process was very simple and with good communication. We had plenty of space for six adults and two children. The location is very convenient, with grocery shopping and restaurants nearby and just a short walk to the beach.

Girls trip

We had a great stay at Gillian’s place for our girls trip. It was in a perfect location to easily get to Huskisson but also close to the Vincentia shopping village and a short drive to Hyams beach. The house was clean and spacious. Would definitely stay again :)

Great location and house layout!

We stayed as four couples, one with a child. The bedding configuration was great in that every room had a minimum of a double bed. The two living areas, large deck, porch and big kitchen were great for our group. Our only suggestions would be to add a privacy screen between the deck and neighbours deck as they were so close and open to each other. And the lawns especially small rear could have done with a mow.Overall great value accomodation for our group.

Ok property treated poorly

After paying a hefty sum for a one night stay, one would no wonder expect the property to be clean and usable. The top balcony was unsuable with gunks all over. Towels were all damp and on the floor. Floors were dirty, dishwasher was clogged, Ac on top floor was miles away to the bedroom so didnt get any cold air in the master bedroom. While sleeping on the downstairs bedroom, my aunt waa shocked at night to hear strange noises and something fall down on the bed. It was the light next to the bed. There was hair allover and We had to wash the towels and clean abit to use the house. When communicated to the property manager/owner, they saod they will refund the cleaning fees of 120. They never ended up doing it. Good property but very ill managed. You can only use half of the things since the cleaners dont like tp clean or may be the owners are saving some money by trying to clean it themselves. This is clearly not working!

Was easy communication and check in unfortunately I went on a busy weekend apparently so the price was up there with resort penthouse prices there wasn’t a dryer or any cutlery or even cups up in top kitchenette or any comp toiletries or water or anything for the nightly rate we payed it’s the little touches for the price especially for an older style house that make it worth it but overall nice location beautiful view and good for a big family

Unfortunately Candice visited on the weekend of the Huskisson triathlon which is obviously a peak weekend in the area and to stay for just one night will obviously cost more. I am surprised that Candice and her guests were unable to locate soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner as this is provided in both bathrooms.. I am not sure what other toiletries they expected. Bottled water is not provided as the water from the taps is quite drinkable and a dryer is not advertised so not sure why one would be expected.

House was lovely and location amazing. Despite the fact that the bbq was unusable and lack of attention to detail, we still had a great time overall. Wouldve been good to know that there was a 2nd property at the back of the house but no big issues there. The owners initial response to our concerns was somewhat dissapointing but made up for it with a late checkout which was much appreciated.
