Lake Break Holiday House is an absolute waterfront property located in Kings Point just south of Ulladulla with direct access to the crystal clear waters of Burrill Lake from the back yard.

Lake Break Holiday House offers sleeping for 6 people in four bedrooms. A maximum of 4 adults per booking as the bedding arrangements are 2x queen and 2x king singles. There are two bathrooms and two lounge areas, off street parking, a huge front yard and a gorgeous view.

At Kings Point, Burrill Lake is at its deepest, quietest and most serene. In holiday periods and on weekends, it thrives with action and activity. The local water ski club have a clubhouse and picnic area on the bank of the lake and a launching ramp gives ample access for everybody to enjoy all that the lake has to offer.

5 km away from Lake Break Holiday House you’re in the heart of Ulladulla. It boasts a beautiful harbor and a lively and eclectic shopping hub with everything from fashion boutiques, surf shops and exclusive gift and homeware stores. There are a range of cafes and restaurants, a pub and a couple of clubs. Ulladulla hosts many festivals and events during the year. Visit in Easter when the Blessing of the Fleet Festival is held. Another colourful and attractive festival is the Food & Wine Festival held biannually in November. Pigeon House Mountain is only a short drive for bush walking enthusiasts.

8.5km from Lake Break Holiday House is beautiful Mollymook beach. Mollymook Golf Club overlooks the beach and there is a 9 hole golf course with views. Catch a wave, cycle or walk the coastal track along the length of the beach.

Historic Milton is 14km from Lake Break Holiday House. The village combines art galleries and antique vendors, alfresco cafes and fine-dining restaurants, sophisticated fashion boutiques and contemporary home-ware stores.

Kings Point Lake House

From when we walked in the teenage kids were thrilled with the house, location, view and waterfront access to Burrill Lake. The house was clean and well appointed and owner was friendly and made sure that we had everything we needed. We’ll be back and highly recommend the house for family holidays.

Family friendly home with idyllic waterside view

As well as the really lovely views, the house has generous lounge room accommodation, a cosy downstairs lounge room, and generous (huge) family room on the first floor. The two bathrooms had good shower pressure and all mod cons provided except for wifi. Samantha, the property manager, was exceptional in her helpfulness including helping us find a left behind item.

Pre Xmas mini break

Great size house for family with 3 teens. The upstairs is great. Kitchen has everything needed. Reception for Vodafone and Telstra is good. No wifi available. No real services at Kings Point so trip to Ulladulla if any supplies required. A bit of a steep walk down to lake and can be slippery with leaves so take care if carrying fishing gear or kayaks But the view of the lake is fantastic and was just what we needed for our few days away.

Relaxing stay

The owner was very responsive to any concerns we had and had them sorted out asap. Despite downstairs being abit dated, the place was very clean and comfortable. The lake view was soo beautiful and relaxing, definately coming back!

Awesome view of lake and lovely house to stay in.

The house was very clean and in good condition. Lovely view through the trees to the lake. We had a great family holiday and would recommend this holiday house. Good kitchen for cooking Christmas lunch. Great for fishing, Kayaking and any water activities. Very close to the beach. While it was excellent to stay there the house has heating for cooler months but no air conditioning and we did get a few hot days over Christmas. Ulladulla is as short distance away which has good restaurants and cafes.

Perfect Escape

My family had a fabulous stay at Lake Break. The house is very spacious with 3 separate lounge areas and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen has everything you need. The view of Burrill Lake is amazing. There is good access out the back to the lake and I loved taking my paddle board out each morning. The kids were entertained with board games and dvd’s. The host was easily contactable and very accommodating. We will definitely be back

Beautiful Property and Amazing Location

We had a wonderful stay at Lake Break Holiday House. The view of Burrill Lake is spectacular and makes you instantly unwind. We had a great time water skiing and fishing right out the back.The house is lovely and has everything you would want. Would highly recommend.
