Great entertaining space for 14+ groups. Entertain upstairs with large balcony deck, big BBQ and Pizza oven, large inside lounge/family area, dining and kitchen area. Bathroom and 3 large bedrooms upstairs. Escape to downstairs with large play room with TV, XBox, pool table, table tennis, foosball/air hockey, board games and outdoor games galore. Gym and kids bedroom with bunks downstairs. Plus two additional double lounge beds in the play area for extra guests.

An additional bathroom downstairs and full laundry opens out on to another deck space with premium outdoor setting leading on to the large back yard for your pets and kids featuring an extra large trampoline for the whole group!

With only a 5 min walk to the beautiful beaches of Mollymook and the local shops and restaurants of the area including the famous Rick Stein’s!

Wifi is “TheMook” with password “starwars31”.
Entry into the property is via the side colorbond fence (pull the white cord and push open the RHS gate) and the lock box which sits attached on the pole at the base of the stairs from the ground floor to the second level deck. The code will be provided upon booking. Please ensure the side gate is securely closed.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Bring in all white chair cushions from both deck areas
Close all windows. Turn off the air conditioning. Place washing in the laundry.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Well presented with clean, spacious rooms and large secure back yard. Downstairs games room was excellent for the kids.Beach access was an easy 8min walk. Furnishings were comfortable but Dining chairs sunk into frame when sat on. Past tenants or owner had left over food and condiments in Fridge and Pantry.

Beautiful location and a cozy house near the beach which was more like 8-10 minutes walk at a comfortable pace to the actual beach.Nicely furnished, just a bit on the "lived-in" side, but an absolute joy to stay for the weekend with a decent sized group!

The beautiful little village where I live (called Glenbrook) provides all the 'bush living' I need. Which makes it even more rewarding to have the privilege to host this amazing property in the gorgeous beachside suburb of Mollymook Beach. I love creating great experiences and spaces and even more so enjoy seeing others enjoy the experience!

What makes this property unique

It is the ultimate getaway for a group of Families and friends + their pets! It can sleep 14+, has an amazing entertaining space and an even more awesome play room down stairs with a very large back yard for further fun! It is only 5 mins walk from the amazing Mollymook Beach, local shops and great restaurants! Its a true understated oasis!
