This property would be excellent for two families wanting to stay together.Direct access to the beach, a short walk to the shops and a longer (but enjoyable and easy) walk to the golf club.I would have rated it highter, but there is currently a building site next door.

A perfect getaway

The house is perfectly appointed and the location is superb. The moon and sunrise over the water was a truly special sight to watch from the comfort of the back deck.

Mollymook Beach

Our family long weekend stay was amazing. With the surf out the front there was no need to go looking for a wave. Great balcony views. Everything you needed was in this property. Loved how we could separate the age groups in the different parts of the house. We were in walking distance to the best food venues. Nicely decorated house.

Right on the beach with plenty of room throughout for everyone. Great yard and easy access to the beach direct from the yard! (Only issue was the main sink in kitchen was not attached properly to the drain)

A beachside bliss!

A wonderful long weekend just as it started to warm up. What a great place to stay right by the beach and a lovely walk to Molly Mook beach shops. The house was spotless and big enough to accommodate 2 small families. It has a great balcony with views over the watee... a fabulous place to laze on the sunlounges and read a boom. The barbecue is also a bonus! We would love to come back.

A Perfect Getaway

What a beautiful house in the perfect location! I absolutely loved falling asleep to the sound of waves on the beach. The kitchens were very well equipped and the house can comfortably accommodate a larger family or 2 smaller families, even perfect for a group of friends. It was very handy to have the use of the washing machine/dryer (detergent supplied), and not have to take home 6 days’ worth of dirty clothes. One of the highlights of our stay was sitting on the back deck in the evening with a glass of red, enjoying the sounds of the ocean. The beach is only a few steps away, with private access from the backyard. We would definitely stay at On the Sand again!

ABSOLUTE BEACH FRONT

From the moment you step inside this home you see the ocean view. A welcome basket with teas, locally made chocolate and wine greet you. Everything is located on entry level of this coastal decorated home, except for the laundry which is under the back deck. This home is divided into two areas which is great for two families with a kitchen, dining, living, bathroom, king bedroom and second bedroom with two single beds on the beach front side, then a door into another section with living, dining, kitchen, bathroom, queen bed and two single beds. The views from the deck are amazing with lots of space for entertaining and bbq. Beds and pillows were comfy, bathrooms have been renovated, new kitchens, with pod machines and pods supplied which was well received. A variety of teas and pantry staples supplied also. There's a double carport and private access to the beach. It's about a 20 minute walk into the main area of Mollymook. Bath sheets in place of standard bath towels would be a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this home for a beach holiday.

An amazing family long weekend

We had an amazing stay at Mollymook. The property was extremely private, immaculately clean, the kitchen well appointed. The communication with the property manager for our last minute booking was excellent. Our family of 5 was extremely comfortable, we ate meals outdoors overlooking the water and watched whales and dolphins from the balcony. Our only regret is not staying longer.
