Baudin Heights Apartment 2

Our beach side rammed limestone apartments sit at the highest point of the Gnarabup/Prevelly hillside offering expansive Indian Ocean views. The world class surf, sunsets, shipping and marine life are captivating and spectacular. Our 25m infinity Lap Pool is heated by solar panels to 26 degrees in summer. Enjoy Ocean views on the deck by the pool in this idyllic setting or an evening BBQ whilst watching the sun set. The Cape to Cape hiking track is adjacent to our home or a 10 minute walk gets you to pristine beaches and Cafe's. The stunning Margaret River Golf Course is only a 5 minute drive or if you are feeling a little more adventurous then 20 minutes in any direction takes you to Caves,world class Galleries and Wineries, Lighthouses, secluded beaches and fishing spots. Apartment 2 is a huge 100 square metres (1000 sq/ft) with reverse cycle heating and cooling for your comfort. It includes 2 very large bedrooms each with queen beds including all linen and towels, sharing one bathroom with separate toilet and open Lounge, Kitchen and Dining area. The lounge has comfortable leather lounges, tv and dvd player. If the fresh Margaret River produce inspires you to cook we have the outdoor BBQ or a 3/4 kitchen that is superbly equiped other than having an oven. Bring your music and plug into our docking station via your earplug point to have your music amplified through the living and outdoor area. Our neighbourhood is quiet and tranquil apart from the sound of the surf and birds. There is no public transport in Margaret River so a car is essential. There are ample tour and winery operators offering group or private tours if you prefer not to drive. We live on the property in our own apartment but all apartments are completely seperate with their own private entry & outdoor entertaining areas. All are unseen from each other & totally seperate.
We are in Gnarabup so about 12kms from Margaret River town.

We loved our stay. Anne and James were very responsive and great hosts. Our family loved the very large outdoor area (with amazing views) and pool. Also very close to a beautiful beach. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying here a few days while exploring Margaret River. Close enough to the beach & surf spots while also having an amazing pool to relax in or in our case swim with our 2 year old daughter. Clean apartment area with spacious bedrooms, with a great outlook to view the awesome sunsets.

We had an amazing stay. The apartment was gorgeous especially the pool and deck area. Close to Gnarabup beach which is fabulous. The hosts were great, very responsive, but equally left us to just enjoy our holiday. Id have no hesitation in recommending this property.

Big waves!

I don’t usually pick a spilt place, apartment or joined wall but this place was built for it! The home was lovely, we didn’t even know other guest were there. The pool was a nice treat! Close to many beaches and short drive into town. Would definitely recommend this location :)

Lovely getaway with friends

Some confusion when we arrived as the address was not where I believed it to be at time of booking. Not the end of the world, and a lovely setting all the same. Just not overly close to town. The hosts were great. The house was tidy. We had a lovely weekend 😊
