Pajaro Dunes Condo

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Quiet, so close to the beach, easy to get in and out, safe and lots of amenities. Our stay included 3 adults and 2 teens and everyone was thrilled with the place, parking and beach access. We will definitely be back!

It was a cute little unit for a long weekend get-away. The location was great for relaxing. The primary mattress is in need of being replaced, but other than that it was a great experience.

Lovely time with family

My sister and I stayed her with our kids together and had a wonderful visit. The kids loved the great access to the ocean and the view from the living room was so picturesque. There were plenty of supplies for cooking and the kids had fun using the games provided as well.

A perfect beach escape

This was a great property with great beach views. The Pajaro Dunes community offers a secluded, low key, natural retreat. We spent lots of time playing on the beach and body surfing. We enjoyed evening BBQs with grilled fish from Phil's. Look forward to returning.

Beautiful condo on the beach

Location location location! Right on the beach, beautiful views from the living room and deck. Was a little hard to find as we arrived late in the dark. It is located in a very large gated complex. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely Rental, great location

This was a very comfortable place to stay for our family of 4. The kitchen is well stocked with everything that we needed to cook. Lots of spices. Nice that they had coffee, cream, sugar, etc. We had an enjoyable weekend. Nicely decorated. Plenty of napkins, toilet paper, paper towels.

Perfect Location, Neglected Condo

We had a wonderful time! The photos of the views from the balcony/deck do not do this property justice. The location was sensational. The condo definitely served its purpose. It was perfect for what we needed. The only disappointing part was the neglect that the condo clearly has suffered. I was not shocked to see that it was listed for sale. The broken blinds, paint patches, filthy sliding door (perhaps from water damage?), and other items throughout the condo that needed a little TLC gave the impression that this property is not as loved and cared for as it should be. If this place wasn’t being sold, we would absolutely stay here again; the location was that ideal. It just had so many little things going on that I found myself taking pictures so I could document and timestamp all the neglected elements.

Perfect for a family!

We had a wonderful stay at this location! There were 6 adults and 2 children, and I felt like we had plenty of space when we were inside. However, this place is steps from the beach where we spent most of our time. We loved how quite it was at the property and the beach wasn’t crowded at all. We will definitely be booking again!

Beautiful Condo Walking Distance from a Beautiful Beach

What a beautiful condo! Merely a few feet from the Sunset State Beach. Bunk bed room was a bit smaller than expected, perfect for little ones but smaller for some adults, but we made it work. Everything was working great and we had no issues with our stay. Thank you so much! Would definitely come back again.

Great place, missing some details

Overall this was a beautiful property in a really nice location. Beach access was fantastic. However the details of the property were lacking. The mattress was really broken down in the master, and the kitchen appliances did not work very well. The kitchen only had two really crappy pans so it was a little tough to cook a meal. But overall we really enjoyed our stay and would go back again!

A few repairs needed.

The location was superb and the kitchen well-stocked, but a few things need fixing. Garbage disposal making terrible noise, so did not use. Only 4 glasses!! Toaster oven really ancient so making toast takes awhile. Hall bathroom the toilet paper roll container is not well secured to wall. A lot of mold in the shower. Back bedroom painting not complete behind bed and it would have been nice to have a chest of drawers. One slat on the blinds in the living room is broken. Fix all those things and we would have given it 5 stars. Oh- and when we arrived we could not get in and our contact person was not available. Happily the person at the front gate had received a message.

I'm writing a review due to the incident I experience on the trip

I did not appreciate the barge in on Saturday morning during our stay. I was informed by the owner she was expecting a couch delivery on that day but I didn't mind because we had plans that day and I was trying to be nice. She had told me it would be there anytime from 10am to noon and if we were still in the condo they would wait outside. I got my family moving so we would be out by 10 am. Cut to 9:45 am were almost ready I just had to change real quick, all of a sudden there are loud bangs at the door and my husband goes to answer but they let themselves in WITHOUT WARNING. I was in the middle of changing and the owner and her friend barge in with the mover guy with the sofa just to find out it doesn't fit. I was super off put by the experience when I was there to relax for my first mothers day. I really didn't appreciate that at all.
