The best way to experience beautiful Cape Coral and the surrounding area is by boat. Cape Coral has over 400 miles of tropical waterways, the most in the world! You can go to many famous local beaches by boat, Sanibel Island, Fort Myers Beach, Caya Costa, and many more. Numerous local restaurants are available by water, along with much wildlife to be seen including dolphins, manatees, many varieties of birds, and the miles of natural mangroves. We barely use our car when in Cape Coral. No more than total of six registered guests allowed on the boat.

If you decide to rent the Hurricane boat payment is due with the final house payment 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Pool maintenance is done on Friday mornings and lawn and yard maintenance is done on Wednesday mornings.
