Bombo Cottage right on South Bombo Beach at Kiama is the ultimate in relaxing, stylish beach front living - stunning ocean views and direct access to the sand 3 doors down. Completely renovated to the highest contemporary standards while retaining old world charm - high ceilings, fireplaces, polished floors, stone bench tops, Miele appliances, dining al fresco - it's totally equipped for you to relax with friends and family in style. Short walk to upmarket restaurants and cafes of Kiama.

Spacious character house plus separate guest space overlooking the ocean allows privacy and comfort for two couples or families. Equipped with espresso machine, kettle, TV, music and fridge. Wake up to the sun rising from the water and gentle sounds of the ocean in the guest space with an expansive verandah overlooking the sea - perfect for casual dining and sunset drinks. Rinse off after the beach in the warm outdoor shower with hand nozzle. Lots of flat lawn to sun bake watching waves.

Great spot super close to Bombo beach!Amazing kitchen supplies including two ovens, loved the outdoor shower and being able to watch the ocean from the backyard sitting spot!Air con in living room worked a treat but note the cool air doesn’t reach bedrooms. All in all a fantastic spot! Highly recommend

Amazing place

We had a fantastic stay here. House was comfortable, spacious, great views, next to a beach and exceptionally well equipped. Max was a very helpful and accomodating host. Would definitely recommend here.

Perfect weekend away

For a friends getaway weekend the house was the perfect choice, great easy location close to the beach and Kiama centre. Spotlessly clean, spacious and amazing kitchen and bathrooms we cooked and enjoyed being outside on the patio with views of the beach. Hope we can make it back for another weekend away soon.

Kiama Discovery Stay.

Excellent location , to discover Kiama up close . beach at the back door, comfortable, clean and provided great bedding for 12 adults, presented as advertised. Will certainly keep in mind for a return visit.

Perfect house for intergenerational family break

Max is an accomodating host with a well set up house . It is a very convenient location an easy walk to the station and on the coast path .

Just as good second time round

I enjoyed my first visit for a week over Easter, I went straight home and booked 2 weeks in January. This is a comfortable, well equipped house in a great location. Overlooks dramatic Bombo Beach, which is patrolled at the other end. Short walk to shops and restaurants. My guests loved its retro, cottagy vibe. Max a delight to liaise with.

Quintessential Australian beach house

I loved this beach house. It has a wonderful location above a huge beach, a few minutes walk away. Nothing between you and the sea but a trainline - and I love trains. It sleeps an extended family, has a well equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge, good bathrooms and a fabulous area under cover to sit outside and enjoy the sight and sound of the sea. It is an easy walk to cafes, shops and restaurants. I'll be coming back.

Great Time

My family had a great stay at this property close to the beach and local shops the house suited us well clean heaps of room for the kids had everything we needed and room for other family who visited who were staying in the area too. Would highly recommend for any family to stay here. Also was able to email owner with any questions always got a quick reply. Will be rebooking again. Family of 13 Luana
