Our one bedroom and one bathroom cottage is located on Gulf Blvd in Treasure Island, Florida. It is located less than 300 steps from the beautiful sand of Treasure Island Beach and 5 blocks from the world famous boardwalk, shopping and restaurants of John’s Pass Village in Madeira Beach.
We have a crosswalk conveniently located in front of the cottage. You can stop traffic with the push of a button to safely walk across the street toward the boardwalk pathway that leads you to the beautiful sand and water of Treasure Island Beach. One block from the cottage is a community boat ramp for boating, paddle boarding, kayaking, jet skis and other water activities. To get to John’s Pass, walk on the side walk and walk path that takes you over the drawbridge. The drawbridge has scenic lookout areas for photos and enjoying the view, breeze and beauty of Treasure Island and John’s Pass. John’s Pass is known for shopping, restaurants, microbreweries, dessert shops, water sport rental shops, dinner cruises, pirate cruises, parasailing, fishing and much more. The Tampa Bay area is wonderful for year round golf...bring your clubs!
We just finished a full remodel of the cottage. It has new bedding, linen, furniture and appliances. The bedroom has a comfortable king sized bed and a large screen smart television. The living room is furnished with a love seat, chair and large screen smart television. The kitchen is equipped with appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, all the items you need to cook and a small dining table and chairs. Our Wifi is secure, fast and free. We have Spectrum cable service with tons of channels as well as an ability to log onto all of your app based subscriptions. The bathroom shower is low profile for ease of use and safety. Our one story building means there are no stairs or elevators to worry about. You will also have a small private off street parking spot located at the condo for your use.
Our place is built with comfort, safety and relaxation in mind. Don’t worry about a key, our place is equipped with a touch screen lock for added security and convenience. We will even let you pick your own code. We have your beach chair and towels here waiting for you. Book now!

Location..location..location!

This property was well equipped with many ammenities, very clean. Great bed. Hosts were so friendly and accommodating. Weather was chilly first week but still plenty to do. Week 2....perfection.

Wonderful!

We wanted a little getaway for 2 near the beach and got that plus so much more. The cottage is immaculate. The owner is so friendly and available for anything that is needed. The bed is comfortable for a rental and loved that it was a King. The AC is so quiet and loved the set up of everything. The beach is literally 2 short block away that we went everyday. Great place!! Highly recommend.

Perfect Anniversary Getaway

I rented this property for my mom & dad’s 30th anniversary. This was a review written by them: The VRBO rental was way more than we expected! It was such a nice surprise with updated and modern décor but yet so welcoming with a fun beach theme. All the amenities were present as described in the description. It was just perfect for a short term getaway for us. We appreciate the host's welcoming sign and being available for any questions. It was a great location between Madeira & St Pete Beach. There was plenty of shopping, eateries and beautiful sunset spots. I would recommend to anybody and we would stay again! 5 STARS!!!

A hidden gem

This condo was a perfect place for us on our trip. The location was right in the middle of everything we needed. When we weren’t traveling this unit was perfect for just reenergizing. The inside is brand new and spotless. Perfect size kitchen for quick meals. Great bathroom with all the supplies you would need. The bedroom has a king sized bed that was inviting. The courtyard was a great spot to relax as the sun went down. We loved the independence that this condo provides. If you need a place to stay in the St Petersburg, Treaure Island area look at this condo, you won’t be disappointed.

Close to beach food and shopping

Very clean unit. Cute decorations and well equipped. Convenient to beach, shopping and restaurants. Easy check in and check out. Parking is tight but we were in a full sized pickup and still managed ok. Comfortable and quiet. Friendly neighborhood. Host is easy to reach and responsive to questions. Will stay here again if we come back to area.

Wonderful Vacation Experience!!!

Our stay on Treasure Island was wonderful and our rental had all the necessities we needed to enjoy our vacation. The kitchen and bath were well equipped and we didn’t need to worry about bringing anything other than our clothes. The unit was very clean and had beautiful finishes, and I could tell it was newly remodeled, which was super nice to come back to after a great day at the beach! We were within walking distance of everything we needed. The beach was right across the street and we were able to borrow beach chairs and beach towels from the unit so it made our day so much more relaxing! There were also plenty of restaurants and shops at Johns Pass just a few short blocks from the unit. We walked to John’s Pass every night of our trip and the location was perfect for everything we wanted to do! John’s Pass also has a marina and water sport outfitters who we used to rent kayaks and go parasailing. The hosts were very responsive to our questions and check-in was so easy! We will definitely be coming back and staying again!!!

So perfect!

Our stay was absolutely fabulous! The property is super clean and very well cared for. The weather was perfect and the beach was beautiful. The beach is super close taking us only a minute and a half of a walk. There is a crosswalk located at the front of the property that takes you to the beach boardwalk. We had several meals at John’s Pass, again just a short walk away. It was a great bonus to have a super comfy king size bed to rest after a long beach day. Thanks Brandy and Matt! We will definitely be back!

THE BEACH- without the high price of a location directly on the sand. We are literally 300 steps from the sand. 225 steps for my husband :)

What makes this property unique

There is a push button crosswalk that stops traffic on Gulf Blvd right in front of the property. You simply walk along the side of the house and out of the gate to the front of the property and continue on to the beach. Less than a 2 minute walk :)
