There are 4 beds, 3 sofabeds (1 double and 2 singles) and it will sleep up to 8 adults and 2 children. Also available are 2 cots for children under 3 years of age.
FREE Netflix.
Excellent location, many shops, restaurants and bars nearby.
There is an ATM machine and a pharmacy in the building.
There are 2 fitness centres in adjacent streets within a 2 minute walk.
Superb views from the terrace, private designated secure underground parking space.
Downstairs is a bus stop to Puerto Banus / Marbella and San Pedro.
Bedroom number 3 has 2 SINGLE beds, which can be joined together to make 1 SUPERKING sized bed.
Unlimited hot water, sufficient clean sheets and, towels, air conditioning, electricity and gas are all included in the price.
Early check-ins are possible (by prior arrangement), if the apartment is ready.
No same sex groups or people under 30 years of age, unless they have good user reviews.
Quiet hours 00.00 to 08.00.
Late check out: There will be a minimum charge of 100.00 euros per hour.
I can not be responsible for any third party disruptions such as utilities including power outages, WiFi or other weather hazardous conditions.
I strongly suggest that ALL guests obtain travel insurance because I will not issue refunds for such disruptions or other similar problems, which are beyond my control.

Ensure ALL sets of keys are returned intact. Some are security keys and they are difficult to replace and are expensive to replace.
Report any broken or damaged items, however small.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Spanish law. Passports must be presented at check-in. to include phone numbers of adults. Please email copies of all passports 7+ days before arrival.

So worth it!!

We stayed with a big family and had an amazing experience! Always had smooth communication with house owners. Nice and clean appartement. Excellent service and hospitality. Amazing location everything is nearby. Very beautiful place would 100% recommend!

Why they chose this property

This is essentially a quiet family area, which is safe at night.
There is an excellent community spirit and it is well kept, clean and tidy.
The area is up and coming and is rapidly becoming a 'go to' area for socialising.
There are many new restaurants, bars and a variety of recently opened shops.

What makes this property unique

The views of the mountain and sea from the terrace.
The light and airy feel to the apartment.
The close proximity of almost everything you need.
The area is located away from the hustle and bustle of Puerto Banus and is particularly safe at night with well lit streets, which is therefore particularly suitable for families.
Public transport is good with many buses to San Pedro, Puerto Banus and Marbella.
The taxi rank is a 2 minute walk away.
Secure, underground and off street parking in my own dedicated space.
There are no hidden fees, other than the fees specified.
