Enjoy the lower deck with shaded areas to relax or the upper deck with amazing views and sunshine. Full Kitchen, Washer/dryer, 6 beds. Second bedroom has full sized bed and triple bunk bed. Plenty of room to relax in dining/living area. Please note, the home is on an island and internet service cannot be guaranteed. If internet is a must, please bring a back up source.

We have been staying here for the past 2-3 years. Perfect location, perfect home. We will be back hopefully in October. Host is amazing and always prompt with any questions. We love this house! Always a fantastic stay, right on the beach! The house is perfect for us and our puppers. We love watching the dolphins in the mornings and listening to the waves at night!

My friends and I stayed here for our annual trip to San Luis Pass to fish. The place was perfect! The location is awesome, the house had everything we needed, and was clean and nice. The Kurig with Starbucks coffee was an especially nice touch being so far away from a coffee place. Working with Holly was easy and she fixed our one small problem with checkin quickly and kindly. We will try and book her place again.

It’s a wonderful property. All the amenities are there. Clean property. Steps from the beach. Very quiet- not close to tourist attractions which is exactly wheat we are looking for. Our doggos love it! We love it! Very enjoyable stay!

Nice place for a getaway!

Just Beachy is a nice place! Very clean, comfy, modern appliances, everything works. Only issue: the master bedroom could user a larger bed (queen or king). Other than that, this is a great place for a getaway; the hosts are very responsive; property is well-cared for, has an unbeatable view, and a long quiet beach for strolls.
