The Space:
This spacious 4 Bedroom Villa is split over 2 levels to provide a comfortable living space for all members of the family. With the high cathedral ceilings, louvres and air-conditioning throughout, this property is perfect for all climates.

On the first floor you have 3 bedrooms, two of which open up out onto their own private balconies and each with their own marble tiled bathroom. For those wanting their own time out there is also a mezzanine television area.

Downstairs you have the open plan kitchen and living area with fantastic bi-fold doors that allow you to extend your living space out onto the outdoor BBQ area and pool deck. On this floor you also have a large bedroom with a generous marble en-suite that opens up out onto the deck.

We personally meet and greet all guests on arrival to familiarise them with the property, but once comfortable we leave you alone to enjoy your holiday. We are available at any time during your stay if any assistance is required or if you have any questions. We can also assist you with any tour bookings during your stay.

This was a great property for our family. A couple of things went wrong but were fixed same day. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the space and saltwater pool and appreciated the bottle of sparkling left as a welcome.

Stayed with our adult and teenage children. A great villa giving everyone their own space. Loved the large kitchen and ample entertaining areas. We spent a lot of time in the pool and on the deck. Easy access to 4 mile beach.

Wonderful holiday property!

Our two families, of 4 adults and 3 children ranging from 9 years of age up to 19, loved our week at Driftaway. The property was so clean and the lay out was perfect for our families, everyone had their own space and bathroom and we could not fault it. The beds were very comfortable and the location was very good too. Johnny responded very quickly when we phoned him with a couple of questions. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend.

The best place to stay with 4 couples

Absolutely awesome. Easy walk to town. Each bedroom had a bathroom. Kitchen was well supplied with utensils, cutlery & crockery. Only suggestion is to have another weather cover over outdoor area near pool too keep area dry during heavy rain periods. We used the pool everyday and would enjoy sitting out there only the setting was wet for those not swimming. No complaints at all. We will be back 100%

Driftaway, Port Douglas FNQ. An excellent property that was comfortable for our whole family.

The property was well located adjacent to the beach and town. Very spacious and comfortable and very clean. Good level of furniture and household equipment. We came the same time last year and stayed at a resort but this property was much better. Will definitely return.

A fantastic property

We had a wonderfull time in Port Douglas. The house was even better in real life than on the photos. The location is ideal, walking distance from the main street and 1 minute walk to the beach. The house suited everyone from parents, to teenagers and even our little 2 yo. The house was very safe for her without any special baby-proofing. Everything was spotless, there was plenty of towels and crockery. We really appreciated the bottle of quality sparkling wine waiting for us on our arrival. The communication with the agency was really easy, basically everything was perfect.
