This modern, new, semi industrial townhouse has been tastefully styled with new furniture & comfy beds and has a relaxed feeling about it. The Master bedroom is upstairs and there is also a bedroom with 2 single beds. Downstairs is another bedroom with Queen size bed. There are 3 bathrooms which means no one has to rush. A modern well equipped kitchen will have the decerning chef cooking up a storm or try out the BBQ for a good steak.
When you sit on the balcony, which has a outdoor setting for 6, you will smell & hear the surf crashing. Nice to sit and have your coffee or maybe a wine.The back patio is a little sun trap and a great place to hide and read a book. There are books, DVDs, games and a Docking station for you to play music. A great place for families to stay or couples and friends,
The coffee shops are that close you will be ordering the coffee instead of making it. Or try the local Micro Brewery which also has local music. The beach is a close one minute stroll. Pack your surfboard, the surf is great for long & short boards. It is also a "Dog friendly beach with great off leash times.
You won't need to cook if you don't want to, there is a selection of restaurants, cafes & takeaways at your fingertips. A perfect beach retreat.
The local bus stop is 20 meters away that if you don't want to drive you really don't have too.
Also close and within 5 minutes walking are a local Thai Restaurant, a Bakery for the early morning fresh bread, a hairdresser, Convenience store, the Post Office and a local doctor. You are also find to great playgrounds with extra BBQs. The area is really well catered for. Getting to the local Surf Clubs for a meal is close too and don't forget the free buses home.
