Breathtaking sunsets over the Canal waterfront and spectacular sunrise over the Estuary. Easy access to all attractions the Busselton and Margaret River area has to offer. Moore your boat or yacht on your own private jetty with 23m of Canal frontage. Close to town and the Busselton Jetty. This is one of the most luxurious homes in Busselton. To stay in this house is an amazing experience. What other place in the world can you stay and see an Estuary with approximately 30,000 waterbirds on the one side and dolphins swimming on the other side of your house in the canal? Not even mentioning the beautiful sunrise and sunset. Peaceful and quiet with hardly any traffic. Access to beautiful walking paths and cycle routes and experience some of the best climates in the world. Only 2.5 hours drive from Perth International Airport.

The property was just outstanding bigger than we imagined. Everything that you could ask for in a holiday. Booking and gaining access was smooth and easy. Location was peaceful but still close enough to bussleton.

Amenities were amazing. The house is absolutely beautiful and so grand. We had an amazing stay. The manager of the property met us and explained everything and showed us around. The hosts were in contact many times leading up to the stay and were very helpful.

Was a great property for our large group.We had a little trouble working out the lights and some power points didn’t seem to work, but minor issues that didn’t affect our stay. Maureen and Jimmy were great hosts and we would definitely look at booking here for future trips.

What an incredible home and how lucky were we to be able to stay in such a house! By far the best accommodation I’ve ever stayed at and I’m 100% sure my friends would say the same thing! It was an amazing stay. We found the smart house a bit confusing, the lights, hot water & the sound system. Besides that, a beautiful home, enjoyed a bbq & all sat at the amazing dining table. Walking distance to The Deck Bar. We’ll never forget it, you don’t get much more grand than this house.

Family Getaway

The property is grand and the location is perfect! It was exactly what we needed to accommodate my family and extended family. The theatre was great too, kept the kids busy and entertained.
