Comfortable, fully renovated home - ready for you to enjoy. Take a few days or a few weeks - a place to get away.

400m to main beach at Budgewoi. 300m to Pub, cafes and restaurants, park and .the choice of 2 lakes - Budgewoi Lake or Lake Munmorah - all within easy walking distance.

Home consists of 3 bedrooms - Queen + Queen + 2 single (a bunk bed).
All beds have doonas and spare blankets but Linen is not provided.
1 three way bathroom allows multiple people to use at the same time, fully equipped kitchen, laundry and open plan lounge & dining rooms.
A rear patio (flyscreen enclosed) provides a protected outdoor entertaining area for you to enjoy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It's in a good location, very clean and tidy and had everything to suit our family of 5. This house is modern and was so comfortable, the hosts have provided a wonderful setup for family breaks. Would highly recommend.

Great location, convenient house with games included.

Had a lovely time at Alex’s house. Would have loved to stay longer. The location is great - easy walk to the beach and Budgewoi Hotel which was great for dinner with live music and very family friendly. Our kids appreciated all the included boardgames and Wii, plus I loved the outdoor dining area with full mozzie/fly screen to protect .

This beautiful stay is so so welcoming and so cosy! Big enough to have your own space, but also cosy enough to spend lots of time with the family! A beautiful home and wonderful experience

We stayed here for a week and felt really at home. I was completely blown away with the amount of board games in the house. Also the ability to access the internet and Netflix was a bonus. My wife absolutely loved the decor and all the little touches including the colours. The veranda was a hit especially with the fly screens all the way around protecting the kids from mosquitoes. The kitchen was well equipped and loved having a complementary coffee machine too! Thank you Alex for going above and beyond for us. We will be back for sure!!!

The house was really good and had everything we needed. It also has a nice vibe and is walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The only downside was the wifi was not working. However there are a lot of games to keep entertained.
