Perfect beach house! Lots of amenities: from cooking supplies to bikes and beach toys. Stayed with 4 adults and 4 kids and the space worked well for us. Would stay again.

Great set up for a family with all the fun things needed for the beach, which is only one block away! Definitely recommend staying here when you come to Newport Beach.

Everything our group needed including quick walking access to the beach and all things to make beach time comfortable and fun. Parking was tough the first day, but was fine after that. Excellent communication with host. Thanks for a great time!

Wow This place is so perfect! Had an amazing time, perfect location and so much more than I expected. So many, beach chair, bikes, beach toys, full kitchen, even laundry soap. We definitely came over prepared. We are from Vegas and have high expectations for hospitality well Steve is the best! Couldn’t have wished for a better host.

Yes, overall everything was good. BBQ was in poor condition and we could not find any lighting for the rooftop area. Kitchen could do with some more wine glasses and less pots- too cluttered. Location was great.

Celebrated my granddaughter’s 21st birthday. The house was in a great location. Walking distance to grocery store, restaurants, beach and Newport pier. We had an awesome time and the owner was very accommodating and knowledgeable of the area and things to do. I would definitely recommend this vrbo and also stay there again.

Perfect Beach Getaway

We loved our time at the Newport Peninsula Beach House. Perfect location with so much to do, see and eat within walking distance. Steve was so helpful from the time of booking to the time we checked out. The house has everything you need to enjoy your time away from home, so packing was a breeze. We're looking forward to our next vacation here!

House was great and the location was superb. Loved they have all the things you need to take to the beach from chairs to umbrellas and carry one and toys and balls and boards. I would totally come back.

Great Location and manager

Steve is awesome and so helpful! We loved our family vacation to Newport. Can’t beat the location, close to stores, and the beach, and the boardwalk restaurants! Plenty of space and all the equipment that makes a beach trip a success!

Fantastic stay near the beach!

We had such a great time here and will be back! I brought my four kids all teens and young adults and some of their friends. This place had everything we needed and more to have a great time at the beach and the location was perfect Thank you Steve for helping us create such fun memories!
