Coastal hideaway with open fire and spa baths

House Four is a contemporary and spacious home set in an idyllic beach side location. A saltwater pool, three luxury bathrooms all with spa baths, a designer couch positioned in front of the roaring fireplace - and The Byron@Byron Resort for a hot stone massage located next door, this is beach side living at its best. At any time of the year.

House Four is equipped with a cooks kitchen with new appliances and a french door fridge, an island bench for additional space and a separate wine fridge. Connecting to the spacious kitchen is a bright and airy large indoor dining space with long table and its own sliding doors to take advantage of the beautiful weather. The fireplace radiates heat through the downstairs space and up in to the cathedral style ceilings of level one. There are three luxury bathrooms with spa baths in all three - perfect for the cooler months. A forth separate toilet is located in the laundry house suitable for when utilising the salt water lap pool. There are two spacious indoor sitting rooms, one on the ground floor with a large couch that comfortably accommodates 8 in prime position in front of the fire place, or there is a separate living space upstairs which is great for little ones or as a separate break away area if the house is shared by adults. The property is ideal for families with a designer Leander cot and Leander change table again or for guest use.
Outside adjoining the pool is a large outdoor entertaining area perfect for an outdoor meal in the summer months. or to catch some sun rays wiht a coffee in winter. There is a separate outdoor area on the opposite side of the house that is the perfect place to take a quiet moment, relax or read a book in the sun.

While you're visiting take a walk to Tallow Beach along a private beach track or to The Byron@Byron Resort. Suffolk park bakery is an easy 10 minute walk away, Byron bay main beach is a 5 minute drive. Escape the hustle of city life to this luxury property that has all the comforts of resort style living. 25 minutes south to Ballina airport, 45 minutes north to Gold Coast airport.

Nice property

A nice property, but better suited to groups/older families. About 10 mins drive from Byron itself, with not much to do for younger children in the immediate locality if it rains, although property has a pool which is nice when the weather is hot. Tallow Beach is walkable and very nice for sunrise (but not for swimming). Nice bakery within walking distance and also a decent pub and an OK pizza/pasta restaurant. Communication with owners was friendly and prompt.

Amazing property

We simply loved every minute of our time in this house, it was far enough outside of town to get away from the parties but close enough that everything was in reach when you needed it. the house is beautiful and there isn't anything that hasn't been thought about in the planning. We will definitely look to book this again the next time we are in town.

Our stay at Olivia’s house was one of the best holidays we’ve had as a family. The house is absolutely beautiful, spotless and welcoming. The kids spent most days in the pool and we all didn’t want to leave!

House 4 had everything we needed for a wonderful week of holidays. Loved the house, the pool and the proximity to the beach. The house was incredibly well-equipped and the spacious layout was perfect as there was plenty of room for being together or quiet relaxing....great books and the magazine collection was much appreciated! It was obvious a lot of care and thought has been put into this property. Thank you Olivia!!

Beautiful property

This is a beautiful home that is situated close to a lovely endless beach. There is a small path that takes you directly from the property to the beach. The house itself is large and well appointed with quality everything. It feels as if the owners have just moved out for a week and allowed us to move in. It is not like it has been been set up for renters. It really feels like a home away from home. Absolutely recommended. Barry

Great house in good location

This is a beautiful house with great amenities in a great location, with Tallows beach (a great dog friendly beach) only minutes away. Leigh and Olivia were also a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

relaxing getaway

Your home was so lovely and so spacious. so comfortable beds expensive hand creams/moisturizes in every bathroom room. Yes i noticed. and the pool omg. my hubby loved it bc he finally could do actual laps. loved seeing the Christmas tree we've been away for a month and forgot Christmas was in a couple of days. Loved the concrete floors and no step down to worry about in the adjoining garage. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. :)

Amazing luxury home by the beach

Perfect accommodation with all the extras, luxury home away from home, great relaxing time swinging in the hammock by the pool. Our host was extremely thorough and accommodating with all our needs, A short stroll to the beach and shops of Suffolk Park with Byron Bay Golf Course just around the corner. Fabulous House and location

This house is stunning and styled so beautifully. It has so many different areas to relax in. We had a fantastic weekend away with girlfriends here and found the layout perfect as there are so many lovely areas to relax in. Absoloutely everything has been thought of and the house is so well appointed. I definitely would recommend this accommodation. We will be back.

Lovely home in nice location

The home was lovely and comments were very helpful to make the stay enjoyable. Please be wary of Extra cleaning and additi​onal charges. We were told we breached the terms by having more people in the home which as untrue and additional fees for cleaning which were absurd. It was a disapppinting ending to a lovely stay.

Many a time photos are deceiving.You are all excited, only to arrive at the property and be deflated. Not this time! Communication with the owners was amazing and very prompt prior to arriving. The home was absolutely amazing and blew me away. It offered all 'home' amenities and more! Little luxuries were amazing! As we were staying over Christmas, it was a lovely touch to have a fully decorated Christmas Tree ready for the family! Olivia was quick to answer any questions once again during our stay. Loved the location - a quick stroll to the beach and 8 minutes into Byron by car. We will certainly be back!

Very relaxing

After having an emergency accommodation issue for a four day stay we chanced upon Olivia and leighroy who opened their house to us on very short notice. The house is magnificent, very relaxing and quiet with a short stroll to the beach and the back gate of Byron at bryon for a late night tipple and walk home. Our little dog loved and the 5 of us loved pir time away and the only negative was leaving. Local shops are an easy walk with an extremely well stick SPAR supermarket and great bakery. Will stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks for the great memories and we will be back.
