Beautiful 4 room apartment of 65m² located at Les Balcons des Bruyères (1850 meters above sea level), completely renovated and labeled with 3.5 comfort ibex. It is equipped for 8 people with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, an equipped kitchen and many cupboards. Quietly located on the 12th floor with lift, facing South and West with 2 balconies. Duplex apartment with a steep staircase to access the first floor. Free outdoor public parking.

By an outdoor elevator at the end of the passageway, you have direct access to the slopes, shops, restaurants and ski school.

At the foot of the apartment, you will also find: 1) The Bruyères gondola which takes you to Mont de la Chambre (2850 meters above sea level) and gives you access to Val Thorens, Meribel or Les Menuires; 2) The pioupious garden; 3) a treadmill for beginners. Its excellent location allows each skier, whatever their level, to live their stay like a dream.

Kitchen equipment: 4 ceramic hobs; 1 combined oven: oven-grill-microwave; 1 fridge (with small freezer section); 1 dishwasher; 1 toaster; 1 coffee maker; 1 electric kettle.

Living room: a table and 8 chairs and a sofa. I pull-out sofa bed and an armchair.

Bathroom equipment: 2 bathrooms, each with bath and basin, 6kgs washing machine.
Toilets: 2 separate toilets.
Miscellaneous equipment: Flat screen TV - DVD player - vacuum cleaner - 3 large closets.

Clean, spacious apartment immediately next to Bruyères lift. Ski room at ground level accessed directly from piste. Shops, ski rental and restaurants a few minutes on foot - flat or via lifts. We were a group of 6 older teens and adults. 2 bathrooms and 2 sperate toilets meant no queues, and bedrooms are unusually big for ski resort. Excellent communication from hosts and very easy to check on with keys sent ahead. We'd very happily rebook if travelling in a big group again.

Nice apartment at great location

The apartment was clean and well-maintained. It is in a great location, close to the ski lift. The central position within the ski area was perfect. Communication with the hosts (including a detailed document) was excellent and very responsive—thank you for that! Nearby facilities, such as the swimming pool, supermarket, a bakery that delivers fresh bread to the door, and great restaurants, were also fantastic.

Great location

Excellent if basic property right next to Bruyeres lift. Good ski locker and spacious layout of bedrooms. No linen, towels, teatowels etc are provided which is a negative if you are flying. There is also no standard size oven which makes cooking for a group more challenging. But a good sized hob and plenty of pots, pns etc.

A great apartment in a fabulous location

A superb apartment for a family or group. Ideally situated adjacent to the Bruyeres lift, and with shops and restaurants a level walk away, yet high up in a quiet block. The apartment was well furnished, exactly as described, was warm, comfortable and had great views. The south facing balcony offered the ability to soak up the sun when not skiing. The beds were comfortable, and the living accommodation good for a ski apartment. The kitchen was well equipped with hob, dishwasher and plenty of utensils - it does not have a conventional oven, however the multifunctional microwave/oven/grill sufficed. Communication with the host was excellent. We will happily rebook as we loved our stay.

Easy access

Although the 'front door' was hard to find the access was the easiest we have experienced in 20 years. Park the car, flat walk of 20m then lift up two floors.. then 10 m walk. Don't forget to move the car!! Ski out of the front door to nursery slope ; short walk, or push, to first bubble lift. Ski back to door although a bit mushy at the end of the day!!

L'appartement est extrêmement bien situé (le casier à ski est littéralement à 50 m du télécabine des bruyères)et est très fonctionnel, avec une cuisine très bien équipée, de nombreux placards et de nombreux couchages qui permettent d'accommoder plusieurs configurations. Les bruyères ont une ambiance calme et familiale. Ayant passé une semaine debut avril, nous avons pu alterner ski et randonnée avec beaucoup de plaisir a chaque fois.

Great holiday in fab location

Lovely apartment right next to the main bubble lift out of Les Menuires. Has 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets so no queues before going skiing. Plenty of places to eat and buy food within a few hundred metres. Worked really well for our group.
