MONTECITO HACIENDA - Perfect for extended stays!

This stunning 3 bed/ 2 bath home located within the heart of Montecito is sure to charm and soothe with its' luxury furnishings and state-of-the-art renovations.

The Master bedroom is spacious and boasts of unique architectural details such as a stone wall, exposed vaulted beam ceilings. This retreat of a room is made complete with a fireplace and brand new large bathroom. The second bedroom is peaceful with exposed beam ceilings and a comfortable queen-sized bed. The third bedroom is ideal for guests or children.

The open floor plan allows for maximum enjoyment of the home. The large kitchen is equipped with everything the family chef needs to whip up delicious meals, which can be eaten at either the bar seating or the dining room table. The cooking and dining areas open up to the comfortable living room, complete with a fireplace and large TV.

Swing open the dining room doors to invite the outside in and bask in the mountain views. Swim laps in the outdoor pool or enjoy a soak in the spa. On chilly nights, you can sit outside by the outdoor fireplace and toast marshmallows!

Wonderful Property!

We just completed a two-month stay at Montecito Hacienda. It is a beautiful property and exactly as depicted in the photos. We settled in easily and enjoyed it very much. My husband started and ended each day in the spa and, most evenings, we enjoyed a pre-dinner cocktail by the outside fireplace. We were also able to dine Al fresco a couple of warm evenings with the window wall open in the dining area. It was magical looking out on the gorgeous back yard! We highly recommend this property!
