Self-contained 2 bedroom apartment in Central Auckland

You would be staying in a self contained , tastefully decorated 2 bed rooms apartment with classical living room and open plan kitchen, your owns full bathroom. This private ground level apartment with its own access completely separate from the main house.
Sunny and bright, you can enjoy beautiful garden view from every corner.
Perfect for small families, groups and business travelers.
Located in a superior and convenient central location. On the middle point of CBD and the Airport. Around 15 minutes driving to the airport and to the city. Walk to bus stops, Countdown supermarket, cafes and Chinese restaurant, take-aways. Close to One Tree Hill, Cornwall Park, Mt Eden, walking distance to Monte Cecilia Park.

Please be notified that the kitchen is available for preparing and cooking light meals only, please no cooking foods that require high heat frying.

For safety reasons, the swimming pool is not open to guests.

There’s a dedicated garden for the guests in the front yard.

The WiFi will be turned off during 11:00pm-6:30am, if you want to use wifi during this period,please let the host know in advance.

Grace and William's place is great and they are amenable hosts! The apartment is a great size for 4 people and everything is very clean. The U-drive makes parking very easy and is close to the highway. Would highly recommend!

Great property

The house was wonderful - very clean and attractive with everything we needed for our nine-day stay. It had a beautiful garden and the Three Kings area was very quiet and peaceful. It was very conveniently located - basically 15 minutes from any of the locations we needed to go to, and very near to shops and restaurants. William and Grace were very gracious, helpful and kind. We would highly recommend this property to anyone wishing to stay in Auckland.
