Beachfront Cottage on the Park

Beautiful ocean front property in an exclusive location.
Ideally located in the original Jurien Bay, opposite a well-loved park and a fantastic beach! It's one of the rare properties in Jurien Bay where there isn't a road separating you and the ocean, there is however a great little park, ideal to sit on the balcony and watch the children play. There is even a gate opening up to the park giving you direct access to the area and the beach path.

Now the house itself!! Cute little 4 bedroom house which backs onto a quiet cul-de-sac. Sleeping a total of 6 guests, this house is perfect for families.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed and built in robes/shelving, a ceiling fan and a small TV.
The other 3 bedrooms all feed of each other, but still have to ability to be closed off from the rest of the house. One bedroom has 2 x single beds with an air con, and off each side are the other bedrooms, each with more queen size beds and ceiling fans.

The kitchen and living areas are nice and open, so you can cook up a storm in the kitchen and still be included in the family conversation. Another ceiling fan and air con in here too to keep your comfort levels up.
A new huge TV has just been mounted to the living room wall.
You have the perfect view from the lounge chairs with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors- Just look at the beautiful colour of that ocean!

The bathroom has a separate shower and small spa-type bath for a little indulgence! Complete with heat lamps too! Toilet is separate.
And for those days when you don't want the TV on after spending the day at the beach, there is a large box of board games to keep everyone occupied.

No Bookings for School Leavers Groups will be accepted.
No Pets as the yard is not fully secure.
Please Note: This property is not at ground level. Please make sure children are properly supervised as there are no barriers on the stairs.
