Tucked into a quiet residential neighborhood just minutes from the coast, Shady Oaks is a single-level ranch-style home built for easy, unhurried stays. Whether you're here for a beach week, a medical visit to the nearby Mayo Clinic, or a longer getaway, the layout and location work hard for you. Sorry, No pets.

Living space
The open living area is comfortable and well-appointed, with an HDTV and a dedicated workspace for anyone balancing work and leisure. Central A/C, central heating, and ceiling fans keep the indoor climate just right year-round, and the private entrance means you come and go entirely on your own schedule.

Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms accommodate up to six guests across four beds. Each room is thoughtfully furnished with bed linens, towels, and hangers provided, so you can arrive and settle in without fuss.

Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is stocked with everything you need for home-cooked meals - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dishes, and silverware. Pull up a chair at the indoor dining table for a relaxed family meal, or carry it all outside to the screened patio for a breezy al fresco evening.

Outdoor living
The screened-in patio is genuinely one of this home's best features - ceiling fan overhead, lounge seating, outdoor dining area, and a skylight that floods the space with natural light. Beyond the patio, the fully fenced private backyard offers a quiet patch of green to decompress after a day out. Driveway parking for two vehicles is included at no extra charge.

Jacksonville Beach puts you within easy reach of the Atlantic - the coast is just blocks away. The Mayo Clinic is only minutes from the front door, making Shady Oaks a popular choice for medical visitors and their families. Local dining, shopping, and major highways are all close by, so wherever you need to be, getting there is straightforward.

-Please be aware that outdoor surveillance camera(s) are in operation on this property for security purposes.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person staying on property. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.

Pet & Animal Policy
To help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all, we require every guest to submit pet or assistance animal information through BetterPet Passport (powered by PetScreening). Guests will simply submit “household pet” information, request an accommodation for an assistance animal, or confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal.
