Step onto the spacious screened patio, where lounge seating and a dining table create a comfortable setting for meals or quiet afternoons. A ceiling fan and skylight keep the space bright and breezy. Beyond the patio, a private backyard with greenery offers a calm retreat when you want to unwind outdoors.

Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms with four beds are designed to accommodate up to six guests. Each room includes soft linens, extra pillows, and practical storage. Two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub, make it simple for everyone to get ready, whether preparing for a day at the beach or heading to an appointment at the nearby Mayo Clinic. A hair dryer and essential toiletries are provided for convenience.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen features a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker, along with cookware and cooking basics such as oil, salt, and pepper. Dishes, silverware, and wine glasses are available for shared meals at the indoor dining table or outdoors in the screened patio’s dining area.

Comfort & amenities
Central air conditioning, central heating, and ceiling fans ensure comfort year-round. A washer and dryer in the home make longer stays easier. Wi-Fi and a TV with standard cable provide entertainment and connectivity. Safety is supported with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and a fire extinguisher. Free driveway parking for two cars and a private entrance give you independence throughout your stay.
