Beach holiday

Upon arrival disappointed with this apartment as we expected beach front not side of building overlooking caravan park. Furniture is a mix of old and new and only queen beds no kings. Anna kindly bought us a coffee machine as we expected a unit of this cost to have one. She solved that problem quickly and courteously. We would not stay here again unless we had a unit right at the front with full beach views.

Over powering cleaning materials

Upon opening the front door to the unit we were hit by an overpowering smell of cleaning materials, most likely from the carpet. We opened every door and window but the smell persisted. It was still there after two days and we decided to leave a day early to get away from the smell. 👎

An ideal apartment, perfect for a small family. Located directly across from Huskisson beach and also close to stores and other actives. A perfect base if you want to do something or even if you want to nothing at all. Definitely planning to return!!

Nice apartment , close to town and necessary conveniences.Sad about the not so smart TV with very limited (Netflix / You tube) then absent access to on-line channels.

Perfect location.Clean and very spacious. Views from all sliding doors and verandah. Scenic pathway to both Vincentia and Huskisson across the road from apartment block. Rained for most of our days but this didn’t stop us from exploring the area. Well equipped kitchen even cooked a roast in the oven. Body wash supplied even beach towels

Amazing place if you don’t have bicycles

The flat is amazing, well located, clean and spacious. Only downside and I was told before hand is that you can’t take bicycles in the lift and therefore the flat. The place is so close to town that you don’t need a bike but it’s my preference to roll around jervis by bike on holidays so we had to lock the bikes up in the garage and I actually had to lock them back up to the car making it a hassle. So the place is 10/10 for non cycling families, which is hard to swallow for me because jervis has the most amazing family cycling infrastructure

Couldn't get closer to the beach! Apartment was clean and spacious and well fitted with fans (which we sorely needed during the heatwave), and we made the most of the views from the balcony. Note bikes not allowed in the lift so we just left ours behind the car in the carpark (which is secure).

Overall location is excellent I would have given 5 stars but fit a couple of things 1/. No bbq - this was very annoying as the oven doesn’t shut properly so made making dinners very limiting. The rest of her kitchen is well stocked but a bbq on balcony is essential 2/. No bath mats

Nice unit

This is a nice place. Cleaned well and has nice bathrooms and comfy beds though a few less cushions and a complete set of crockery would’ve been helpful. Just a few practical things are needed to make it more liveable. A new frypan and saucepan definitely! I wouldn’t leave the ones that are there for others to use and I regretted using frypan to cook and the saucepan I think maybe was previously left to burn dry so go get some new ones! The latch for going onto the balcony from living area has nearly come off its hinges and needs to be screwed back. The cleaners forgot to leave us any bath towels. After a phone call the first evening they were delivered the next morning so no big deal. Just annoying!

Awesome place to escape

Well located and clean new apartment. Alot of inclusions and everything you need is in the unit. Good quality complex and peaceful. Short walk to the main shops. I will be back.
