3's a Charm - Relax after wine touring, sightseeing & shopping

Tucked away at the edge of downtown near the water, Trinity Lane Carriage House overlooks the Seneca River and Trinity Chapel.

Don't let the rustic entrance fool you, comfort awaits at the top of the stairs in the spacious loft.(This is an old carriage house, with the original stairs. Eight steps to a landing and eight more steps to the door.)

Walk to dinner and enjoy a leisurely stroll back to relax on the porch.

Take a morning stroll along the river with your cup of coffee. Or, pick up a cup downtown or Cafe IXX(across the river). You'll need to drive for Dunkin Donuts, 3/4 mile.

Watch the sun rise from the porch or dining table.

Whether a personal retreat, gals/guys weekend, couple's get-a-way or family vacation, a GREAT PLACE TO LAND after a day of fun.

Whether relaxing in one of the recliners, lounging on the sofa, cooking in the kitchen, or sitting at the dining table, the open floor plan allows everyone to socialize with each other.

Loved the charm of the place. The beams, the hay door, the neighborhood. Clean and very well appointed in the kitchen with everything you could possibly need. The historically accurate sized wooden staircase, created a bit of a challenge for me with my wife's modern large suitcase filled to its max. We greatly enjoyed our stay

We loved the location and the place. We loved all the space in the kitchen. Quite neighborhood. There was a steepish set of stairs that went up to the apartment. We had no problem with them but they could be difficult for some. Lots of towels, toilet paper, etc for use. We would totally rent this spot again.

Always a favorite!

The Carriage House is a favorite of ours to stay in, we've been here many times! The location downtown and near the canal is great for walks and shopping. And, many other attractions are so close by. Super clean and comfortable!

We love the location, only one block from the main street of Seneca Falls and one block from the river.The property itself is very good in all respects, if a bit quirky in minor ways. The owners know that the toilet needs to be updated, even though it performs ok. There is no dishwasher, but doing dishes by hand for only two people is not a hardship at all.

Unique and fun place

We loved the uniqueness of the carriage house, with its open layout and huge beams. It’s also in a great spot in town, and just steps from the lake/canal. Irene is very communicative and kind. Definitely would stay again.
