Modern decor throughout. Sleeps 4 comfortably with a queen bed in the lower level bedroom and a full sleeper sofa in the upper level living area. Decks on both upper and lower levels. Lower-level bedroom walks out to beach and waterfront deck. WiFi enabled televisions allow access to your favorite streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, and Prime Video.

60 feet of level lake frontage with picnic area, includes 100 foot dock and 6500-lb electric boat hoist - accommodates up to a 22 foot boat.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage and wanted to share a few suggestions that we think could make an already beautiful property even better.The spectacular view of Seneca Lake is unquestionably the cottage’s greatest asset. We loved sitting outside and watching the beautiful sunsets. With a view like that, we think the cottage could really benefit from a warmer, more inviting interior that complements the natural beauty outside.Our biggest disappointment was the interior décor. The gray walls and almost complete lack of artwork made the cottage feel somewhat drab and unfinished. We think warmer wall colors, combined with artwork and photographs celebrating the Finger Lakes, could make a tremendous difference. Pictures of Watkins Glen, a local winery, and other Finger Lakes scenery would give the cottage a real sense of place and make it feel much more distinctive.Greg & Pattie

Thank you for staying with us. We’re glad you enjoyed the cottage, the lake views, and the sunsets. For future guests, we do want to clarify the context behind this three-star rating. The primary criticism was not that the property was misrepresented, but that the guests preferred a different interior design style. Our wall colors, furnishings, layout, and décor are all clearly shown in the listing photos prior to booking. After their stay, they also sent us extensive redesign suggestions and even AI-generated images showing how they would personally change the living room and bedroom. We always welcome constructive feedback, but we feel it is important for prospective guests to understand that this rating was largely based on personal décor preferences rather than the cottage being materially different from what was advertised. We’re pleased they stated that they “really enjoyed” their stay and described the location and lake views as fantastic.

The location was absolutely perfect! You literally feel like you’re almost in the water. It was perfect for our getaway. The fire pit area was not able to be used and that was the only downside but overall we would recommend this location.

It was the perfect space to unplug for a few days. The weather was worse than anticipated but the house was cozy and comfortable. The views were spectacular, the kitchen was well equipped for basic cooking needs… I couldn’t ask for more. I am definitely planning on staying again in warmer weather so I can enjoy the dock and the water!

This is one of the nicest properties you will find in the finger lakes area! Right on the Seneca lake, lovely neighborhood, amazing views, nice facilities and a great host! Perfect getaway for couples and small families! Just loved our stay!

Great beach cottage

We had a great stay at the cottage. The whole place is very clean and comfortable. I slept an hour longer than normal due to the quiet location and comfortable bed. We hooe to return here someday soon.
