Modern decor throughout. Sleeps 4 comfortably with a queen bed in the lower level bedroom and a full sleeper sofa in the upper level living area. Decks on both upper and lower levels. Lower-level bedroom walks out to beach and waterfront deck. WiFi enabled televisions allow access to your favorite streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, and Prime Video.

60 feet of level lake frontage with picnic area, includes 100 foot dock and 6500-lb electric boat hoist - accommodates up to a 22 foot boat.

This is one of the nicest properties you will find in the finger lakes area! Right on the Seneca lake, lovely neighborhood, amazing views, nice facilities and a great host! Perfect getaway for couples and small families! Just loved our stay!

The views are unbeatable and the property was clean and functional. My only note is to perhaps have an exterminator spray for spiders being right on the lake, there were quite a few inside.

We had a great stay at the cottage. The whole place is very clean and comfortable. I slept an hour longer than normal due to the quiet location and comfortable bed. We hooe to return here someday soon.

The cottage and view was even more beautiful than the photos! It was so breathtaking and peaceful, my husband and I will definitely be returning! 35th Wedding Anniversary!

Our second time staying at this great cottage. We stayed elsewhere last year and it didn’t live up to Mike’s place so we returned. Mike is a fantastic host as is his property. This cottage is literally right on the lake. Just what we look for. This place exceeds expectations for two people. We can’t wait for number 36 so we can return and celebrate all over again!
