About this property

High Tide - Esperance

High Tide is a unique, modern house with reverse cycle air conditioning, comfortably sleeping 6 people with 2 queen size beds and 2 singles.

The kitchen is fully equipped for your comfort with tea and coffee, and the laundry contains all you need to save yourself from a pile of washing when you go home.

On the balcony there is a BBQ and outdoor setting - perfect for sitting back and enjoying the view of the Recherche Archipelago.

There is a large back yard with fruit trees and lawn, and ample parking for several vehicles.

Books and DVD's are provided.

High Tide is only 200m from the beach and a short walk to a small shopping centre, with a fish and chips shop, chemist, hairdresser and supermarket.

High Tide is a 15 minute walk into town, along the newly renovated Esperance foreshore.

We do not allow pets, however, there is ample space in the fully fenced yard, for enjoying activities with the entire family.

The accomodation was clean, well appointed and heaps of parking. The only things to consider is street noise as there is quite heavy traffic through this street and the toilet and bathroom are together if you have a full house. Great accommodation overall.

Great place. Some minor issues like not being able to open window in one of the bedrooms but in general happy with the stay. We stayed as family, two adults and two kids.

This property was in an amazing location with water views and close to the town centre so you can walk in or ride or scoot in if you wanted to. It is a 2 min walk to the water.The property is a cute 3 bed, 1 bath house that has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Melanie was quick to respond if I needed to message her for anything while there.Enjoyable stay for our family in a great location.

We took over the property in 2021 from the previous owners, who had utilised the dwelling for short stay accommodation from 2017. We have holidayed in Esperance for our entire lives, enjoying all the areas it has to offer. Some of the activities we love to do while visiting Esperance are swimming, fishing, snorkeling, hang gliding, shopping, dining out and exploring the many beautiful beaches in the area.

Why they chose this property

We love this house, because of it's fantastic location and its character. We really like the spacious back yard and the fruit trees, and the proximity to the beach is just perfect. The view from the balcony is spectacular, and the location to shops and town is ideal.
