Welcome to a custom set up Holiday house located near Bellambi Beach and Boat ramp.

DOG friendly beach at Bellambi - walking distance from house

This 4 bedroom Beach Bungalow that can sleep up to 10 people comfortably in beds.
It has air-conditioner in the main entertaining area and fans and heaters in all rooms.
It is located within a 7 minute walk to Bellambi Beach ,Ocean Pool and Bike track.
There is also a boat ramp at Bellambi and a wharf. The ramp is easy to launch a boat from and there is plenty of parking .

Bellambi Beach house is spacious, with 2 lounge/ sitting areas

Front and back areas with Tables and chairs to soak up the sunshine or have a BBQ in the back fenced courtyard.

Outdoor Warm Shower in and sand wash off area- to make trips to the beach even easier..

The house is suitable for holiday makers who want to be close to the beach as well as Corporate or Tradies who need central accommodation close to Wollongong and surrounds .

We welcome everyone from around the globe.

Though this is not a house suitable for parties

The Bellambi Beach house is located close to Bellambi Beach which is patrolled by Wollongong council life guards and/or SLSC (during the summer season)

Bellambi Is great for swimming, Surfing and fishing and has a café overlooking the beach.

The boat ramp is just around the corner to enable you to enjoy your water sports. launch your boat or go Fishing from the wharf

There are BBQs on the Beach next to a children's playground,
50 meter ocean pool and a Bike Track that heads north to Thirroul or South to Wollongong- it is an easy flat ride.

This Holiday house is about 700 meters to beach, 5 minute walk to bike track and close to shops, doctors take away stalls and a few great coffee makers.

The home has been recently updated so you can enjoy your holiday in comfort.

The home is single level and has 2 living/ lounge areas,

Fully equipted Kitchen with a new oven/cooktop and Tea, coffee and drinking chocolate to get you started

Bathroom with a bath,, shower and toilet.(bath towels will be provided)
2nd Bathroom - Shower, Toilet, basin and Washing machine


ROOMS

Can comfortably sleep 10 people in Beds.

Room 1- Bunk room for the kids with 2 sets of bunks- ( 4 beds in total)
children from 9 can sleep on top bunk

Room 2 -1 Double Bed - sliding door that leads onto back patio
( room to put a porta cot in room)

Room 3 -1 Queen size bed with a large built in wardrobe and new ceiling fan

Room 4- 2 single beds or can be converted to a King size bed on request

(Rooms 2,3 and 4 will have clean fresh bed linen and Towels)

Room 1- the bunk room linen is an optional extra -
Kids usually BYO sleeping bag



There is an Outdoor sitting area and BBQ in the back courtyard and a lovely garden and additional seating in the front.



A couple of SURFBOARDS to borrow for no charge to carve up the waves at Bellambi

-Great Bike track nearby. highly recommend if you like riding - bring a bike along.

There is also a bus stop just outside to take you to and from Wollongong.

Bellambi Holiday House is the front house shared driveway.
Parking is available on grassed area in front
Also there is off street parking on the road is available



This holiday house is in a residential area - please respect he neighbours and keep noise to a minimum.

This House IS NOT SUITABLE FOR PARTIES or loud music etc .
Bellambi beach house is in a residential area with close neighbours .

Pets
Dog friendly beach at Bellambi
We welcome pets though rules need to be followed.
Pets are allowed outside of house only. and they need to be cleaned up thoroughly after.

If a pet has been inside a fee will be charged and any damaged to the property and extra cleaning will be Charged at a reimbursement fee .
Under no circumstances is animal aloud in the bedrooms or on any of the furniture.

PLEASE ADVISE US IF YOU ARE BRINGING A PET PRIOR

You will need to bring Kennel ,bed etc (if it's a dog )

No smoking allowed
