Great location. Close to markets, restaurants and local shops. 10 minutes walk from 3 beaches: Indaiá (Sealed Stone), Canton of Indaiá and Riviera de S. Lourenço.

Located on the main paved avenue. Quiet neighborhood, clean beaches.
Bus stop in front. Breda Route that leaves at Students Station in Mogi.
